The staff is courteous and professional, always ready to assist with any needs. Check in and check out processes are smooth, making the overall experience hassle- free. The hotel features meeting rooms, banquet halls, making it suitable for corporate and social gatherings. Food was delicious, breakfast buffet was top notch. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh Mishra and jaipal.

The arrangements were very good and services were also up to the mark. All staffs are very polite and helpful. The breakfast menu was very good and the food were also tasty. Special mention to chef Lakhpat and Rakesh and all other staffs for the service.

I spent three days with them and was very pleased with the service they provided. During a business trip, we barely get a few hours at the hotel, making breakfast especially important. I’d like to thank Chef Rakesh and Pankaj for their excellent service and great teamwork.

A reputed hotel with all required amenities for a comfortable stay. Approaching is a bit difficult. The ambience, interior design, rooms, pool, gymnasium are excellent. Front desk and room service are appreciated. Food is good, but very expensive. Very courteous service. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was good. Room was neat and clean. Couldnt taste the breakfast as i had an early morning flight. Staff response is average. Food quality which i took as dinner was above average. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Old property. Floors are old. Not suitable for business travelers. No metro rail connectivity. Huge polluted area. Not worth to pay rs 6500+tax. Pe day.
