"This is the most perfect place to stay in Nerja - could not fault a thing. The location is excellent you are 2 minutes away from all the main restaurants without having the noise element disturb you - it is extremely peaceful and quiet around the pool and within the rooms. The staff are brilliant and are well accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is no food, but this is not a problem as you want to be going out trying all the restaurants anyway - but there are plenty of shops nearby and the hotel are happy to give you cutlery to make sandwiches etc if needed. Must stay - would recommend this to anyone. We got engaged whilst we were in Nerja and I could not have picked a more perfect hotel to be staying in."

"Sain bussin Malaga kaupunki Nerja bussivaunuun (ei oikeasti asema vain viimeinen bussivaunu). Naim Guest House noin 100 metriä oikealle bussivaunuun. Satoi, kun saimme bussin pois ja olimme kertoneet heille, että saapuminen olisi noin 6:00. Saapui kello 6 mutta emme voineet päästä lobbaukseen. He eivät koskaan antanut meille oven koodia varauksessamme. 2 puhelun jälkeen meillä oli oven koodi päästä lobbaukseen. He soittivat takaisin ja antoivat meille huoneen numeron. Huoneisto on pieni, jossa on keittiö, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja muut keittiövälineet. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat molemmat hyvin puhtaita. Katto on pieni mutta olisi mukava, jos sää oli lämmin ja vähemmän tuulen. Kattoalue puhdistettu joka päivä. Katolla on jääkaappi, keittiö jne. huoneille ilman keittiötä. Katto on hyvä aurinkokylää ja jäähdytys. Kahvi maalla. Koko rakennus on hyvin puhdas. Hyvää WiFi. Muutama paikallista kahvilaa lähellä ja noin 15 minuutin kävelymatkan meren ja runsaasti ravintoloita. Sopii yöpaus 3/4 vain 2 keittiö tuolia huoneessa istumaan. Yleiskokemus oli hyvä."

"We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was incredible, the best scrambled eggs, such a great choice. The staff in the hotel were all lovely and cheery. We really enjoyed the rooftop solarium and spent most of our day there. The pool looked nice but too busy for our taste and we did not like that people place towels on the beds and there’s nobody on them? Just making sure all the best spots were taken. Not the hotels fault. All in all a great stylish hotel with comfy beds and a gorgeous smelling lobby. Happy hr daily was great value. Would recommend for a few nights break."

"Stayed here for 5 days and had such a lovely time. The rooms are compact but our room had a big terrace with sun beds so the room is just for sleeping. Room has a fridge and coffee maker, with a kettle available in a communal area in the hotel if you want tea. The bathrooms are good with a strong shower. Hotel provides beach towels and pool towels for the amazing pool area with the best beds to relax on. Good choice of shade and sun options. The breakfasts are amazing and free. I can’t say much more than it’s great value for money, clean and friendly. 15 min walk to the centre but bars and supermarkets very close. Great free WIFI. As others have said, Nerja is hilly especially if you want the beach. . If you don’t want hills it’s not the resort for you !"

"Nice quiet hotel, friendly staff especially on reception. The town centre and balcon de europa are walkable distance about 20 min away. Burriana beach is short distance but due to steep hill tiring to walk back in heat, ended up getting taxi for 10 euro. Decent selection of food for breakfast available. Rooms were perfect with balcony facing the the back of hotel. The mercadona is across the road, very handy. Good value for money."

I wish to file a formal complaint because the actual conditions of the accommodation do not match the images or description published on the platform at all. Upon arrival: • There was no receptionist or visible staff. • The place appeared abandoned or closed. • The entrance and common areas made me feel unsafe and afraid. • I believe the advertisement constitutes false advertising, as the information and photos published do not reflect reality. I request: 1. A partial or full refund of the amount paid. 2. That the accommodation listing be reviewed and, if necessary, removed for failing to meet the minimum standards of safety, customer service, and transparency. I have attached photographic evidence and a copy of the reservation as proof. I expect a prompt response to this complaint. Should I not receive one, I reserve the right to contact the appropriate consumer protection authorities. This is a SCAM! I HOPE A HEALTH INSPECTION COMES SOON!"

"We had a lovely stay here! The owner and housekeepers are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room we stayed in was right next to the pool area. Although the pool area is somewhat small, it is rarely full so it is totally fine for a quick cool down or just to lounge around. Fridge in the room, desk and chair, bedding was comfortable/typical for Spain. Security gate/keypad quite easy to use. Parking right outside the property was always available for us. Would stay here again!!!"

"We have been to Nerja many times and thought this time we would stay in an apartment. The pictures and descriptions of The Toboso Plaza Apartments persuaded us to book a studio apartment. On the positive side, the apartments are new and brightly furnished and the town centre and beaches are a 10 minute walk downhill, and the bus station is less than 5 minutes away. As many of the other reviews have pointed out, entry to the building requires an access code. To then use the automated check-in you need a booking reference. We were not provided with either by easyJet Holidays but we had the foresight to contact Toboso in advance so we could at least gain access to the premises and check-in using the automated system. Other guests didn’t fare so well with many arriving during our stay facing problems checking-in. The studio apartments are on the ground floor right next to the entrance so we heard these guests trying to gain access to the building and then talking, often late at night, through the hotel intercom trying to resolve their problems. One night, a fire alarm went off in the building at 2.15am as somebody in one of the other rooms had been smoking. I had to get up and attempt to get it resolved by speaking to reception through the intercom only to be told by the receptionist that I should try and wake up the offending occupants so that they could speak to them about the matter! Eventually, someone arrived in the early hours to disarm the alarm. There is no information in the apartments about the schedule for servicing the rooms, so on more than one occasion we had to visit the main hotel in town to request new towels, toilet rolls and the emptying of bins. There is a public motorcycle park right outside the entrance so guests have to endure the sound of bikes constantly coming and going at all times of day and night. We booked our three week holiday at the Toboso Plaza as the description on the easyJet Holidays website clearly states that guests could use the facilities at the Toboso Apar-Turis Apartments in the town centre. This was particularly important for us as we wanted to use a pool as the Toboso Plaza didn’t have one. However when we went to the Apar-Turis to use their facilities, we were advised by their receptionist that because of insurance reasons, guests from the Plaza are not allowed to use them. The suitably of the Toboso Plaza Apartments for accommodating holiday guests must be questioned as it is no better than a Travelodge. The walls in the building are paper thin and the stone floors amplify every sound, so you could hear everything, and I mean everything, from the adjoining rooms, especially at night. This was particularly a problem at weekends when there seemed to be an influx of short term staying guests. We had many sleepless nights as a result. We are not people who have cause to moan about our holiday accommodation, but this place was the exception, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
