"This is not a hotel or B&B as described, It’s some kind of room renting ! No coffee or tea bags and when asked the answer was that they didn’t have any !! It was the only time we had seen someone ! The room was not cleaned properly, just one toilet paper ! Only one pillow per person We didn’t felt safe at all as it seemed like we were the only ones in there ."

"Beautiful suites in the heart of Naples and a short walk from the port and the buzz of the central shopping areas. A warm and friendly welcome from the reception team. I had read reviews and remembered to keep a couple of 10c for the lift as it’s 9th floor. After about 6pm the list is free to use. Suite has a well equipped en suite. A fridge and safe. There’s a large supermarket right around the corner and a taxi rank. Receptionist kindly booked us a taxi for the airport. The rooms are super clean and it smells and looks fresh. A large TV with many stations from around the world. Plenty of sockets to charge up. A charming and welcoming hotel and highly recommend for couples"

"Unfortunately, the accommodation was extremely unhygienic and disgusting. The bathroom was full of mold and smelled awful, the ceilings were wet, the walls were extremely dusty, you could hear gunshots outside, and the reception desk was partially unmanned... It was pure horror. I never would have imagined it could get so bad. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and very scared. No stars if I could. Please save your money. When we reported the problems to reception, we weren't taken seriously at all. A true nightmare."

"It is a fantastic place for solo travellers! It is everything that is said in the listing. Good value for money. The staff works hard at keeping the place clean, but there are many many people passing through so at times the bathrooms can become dirty quickly, Excellent staff and friendly customer service that goes above and beyond. If you need your sleep and private bathroom it might not be the place for you’. It is in great proximity to tons of amazing restaurants and things to do and see. I found met many amazing humans and will remember each one of them!"

"Needed something close to the train station and airport so you’re not gonna be in a Beverly Hills type neighborhood but the hotel was very clean and appears rather new. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Went out of his way to bring our luggage up to our room. Train station is literally across the street. Lots of places to get food. He arranged for our taxi to take us to the airport. For a short stop in Naples before catching a flight I would recommend. Just wouldn’t go out too late."
