The card keys they issued for me are not working. Not working for lift and the door. Went down reception to replace the card still not working. They sent a technician to repair the door. The next day still not working. Every-time we got back to room have to go down back to Lobby just to tell them that we cant enter the room. They never apologise or offer any room change. Very disappointed !

Close by to a mall and stalls with good food. A comfortable and relaxing hotel.

The bcc apartment room is not that clean got a few of cockroaches. The door can’t access we have to keep asking friends to open the door, we also have go down to the counter and ask them change the door access card but still the same can’t open it. When we check out at 1pm. I realise that I left my small bolster in the master bedroom. So we call up to as the housekeeping to find for us and they denied say didn’t found it. They also didn’t go to the sector found n lost to ask, keep telling us that they didn’t see any of the small bolster.. they need to improved room cleanliness and Thé access card door too.

Strategic location to Grand Batam Mall, BCS, massage centers. Food court is nearby too.

Good location there shopping mall nearby

It's very old and dusty hotel. Smoke smell can be detected from ventilator, in which we had to off the ventilator. Despite that, the close proximity to A2 and Grand Batam Mall, compensated the negative points from the hotel.

It an old hotel but it convenient because the food court right infront the hotel and the mall.

walking distance to malls and food court, friendly staffs. hot water system inconsistence and needs improvement, breakfast is okay.
