The service provided was excellent

The hotel is livable, and the amenities are very convenient. If you are looking for privacy, this hotel has very little privacy. If I am travelling as an individual, I might prefer this hotel because it is affordable and location is great.

It is an average hotel and there are many restaurants around. Staff is great. But the hotel is not by the beach.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Do not book this place!!!! Check in takes super long and the room is ****, and THERE IS NO WIFI!

The facility was clean and affordable and it was near to all needy facilities to excess.

Not recommendable to anyone.

It was okay but we had to ask several times to do very basic job like changing towels, bath mat etc.

I wouldn’t never return to this property ever again,has terrible experience from front desk staff to room cleanness Upon checking in we met Duty manager Manshika Pratap so unfriendly and unwelcoming manger so can we expect other front office staff to be friendly..loved the housekeeping staff so friendly and helpful. Room condition was so bad probably I will rate it 1 star even some motels are better , we had to inspect 3 rooms to get the best one only if it wasn’t non refundable I was going to change it. I don’t recommend this property to be honest rather go to Mecure and Capricorn next to each other but not to hexagon.

The staff was super welcoming and always helpful but the cleaning of the room is neglected a lot or even not done at all. The room was completely different from the photos, I expected more. The location is inconvenient so you need a taxi or transfer to go anywhere.

I was transiting through and had to stay the night . The hotels okay. Room is very clean. But room does not include water . Large water bottle costed me 15 Fijian dollars which is expensive. Location is great. It’s next to jet point shopping center which has many food options. And is in between nadi town and airport. Good for a short stay, wouldn’t recommend for a holiday..

如果零分是個選項，我一定會果斷選0。 第一件房間，我一進去就嗓子不舒服，抬頭一看，全是黴菌。。。我趕緊去前台，給他們看照片，前台表現很“驚訝”。然後換了一間，房間裏就和犯罪現場一樣，床墊都掀起來了。。。嚇得我趕緊去前台，又換了一間，空調遙控器是壞的。。。房間裏非常骯臟。。。聯繫攜程客服，還是不能幫我換房間，因為“滿房”了。 一定避雷，不要住，不要住，不要住。希望攜程為了會員的利益，儘快下架這家酒店。

位置好，周邊有配套，性價比高

酒店環境可以，有草坪游泳池，周邊購物吃飯很方便，但是酒店沒有wifi,也看不了電視，早餐一般。
