I recently stayed at Jaypee and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in a quiet yet convenient area with easy access to local attractions. Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted me and ensured a smooth check-in process. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in amenities, from the high-quality toiletries to the complimentary coffee and tea. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of maintaining cleanliness daily. One of the standout features was the hotel’s on-site dining options. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh, delicious choices, and the dinner menu was equally impressive. The service in the restaurant was friendly and efficient. The hotel also boasts great facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing pool area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, exceeded my expectations. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to returning soon!

Great stay" the hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is perfect, the room has everything you need, the bed is comfortable royal ! vishal was very good to deal with.

rooms and bathrooms are very small.there was no iron in the room ,mini bar was empty,no fruits,hi tea was extremely boring.room service was poor.

Stayed here for 1 night and booked 3 rooms in main tower. It was a great and memorising stay, kids enjoyed fully the first floor play area, breakfast buffet. The view from the rooms was beautiful and you can see the hills and the whole Dehradun site.

Stayed many a times, always welcoming and relaxing. Away from the hustle bustle. Brkfast menu was lavishing.

Had an amazing stay, food was delicious, overall the hospitality was outstanding, had a great time there, i recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to experience peace, great food, amazing activities and beautiful location

Property and food both were amazing. Close to mall road only 15 min drive. Ine should be able to have a good leisure time at property only as it has got all means of entertainment for kids available.

It was an amazing experience in hospitality and responsiveness to guest comfort. The staff was extremely courteous and dedicated towards making the stay memorable as well as comfortable. Special kudos to Priyanshu at the reception and Ms Mamta at the buffet. Thank you all for making the stay a fabulous experience.

Pathetic service Pathetic breakfast@Regency restaurant Staff was untrained and rude. There was no feel of being at a premium hotel.cost cutting and cheap unprofessional staff all around. Not recommended for families with kids especially.

Our stay was very fantastic and very comfortable all staff of jaypee hotel were polite humble and helpful make my trip give excellent service.

The resort had good food but service standards are not upto the mark. Service speed in the restaurant as well as in the room is slow. Many times. They keep forgetting the requests made by us. Otherwise a decent place
