It was unfortunate we couldn’t get to check in earlier because we arrived earlier so we stayed at the lobby for 9-10 hours despite many emails sent to give them a heads up. Overall our stay was decent. Breakfast was good and service was good too.

We went for a school reunion. And Al-Falaj hotel was the best choice. The staff was welcoming, courteous and helpful. The receptionists and support staff took care of all our needs, especially mine since I am type one diabetic. Austin from the restaurant ensured that everyone and everything was perfectly served. The chef prepared the perfect omelettes. The labneh, qahwa and dates were to die for. Shyam and James were always around to help us for anything we needed. The team even arranged a last minute car and took care of my safety when I toured alone. It takes nice amenities to make a good hotel. But it takes a fantastic group of staff at all levels who consider the hotel as their own, and guests as family to make a hotel stay better than fantastic. Al-Falaj Hotel is that hotel. My family will stay here when we visit again.

Avevo riservato due notti e ci sono ritornato di nuovo per l’ultima sera a Muscate. Personale gentilissimo e cameriera buone. L’aria condizionata problematica in tutte e due l camere che ho avuto. Bufet di colazione ottimo. Un po’ fuori mano ma ci sono i taxi e quindi nessun problema

Hotel di buon livello a un prezzo assolutamente ragionevole. E' un po' lontano dalla zona turistica di Muscat ma è molto comodo per andare verso il sud dell'Oman (Seeb per intenderci). Le zone comuni sono ampie e pulite anche se spesso l'aria condizionata crea qualche problema. Ampia la zona per la colazione (scelta abbondante e buonissima qualità dei prodotti) con possibilità di usufruire di un bello spazio all'aperto. Le stanze sono pulite e di metratura sufficiente, qualche pecca invece nel bagno: pavimento non pulitissimo e zona doccia con stuccature saltate e incrostazioni di calcare sgradevoli. Ampio parcheggio per i clienti. Quindi non perfetto ma comunque consigliabile

Worst experience Please avoid booking it's mysterious experience very very small room we cannot even moove inside after drinving for around 200km to reach this miserable hotel we found a room similaire to jail just bed and less the 1 meter and a tv in front Don't believe photos *very small rooms *only one pool * tea lounge without Ac !!!!! Heating inside *when we discovered all of that they refuse to refund or to cancel booking and the only way is to pay more for another small room *connection door inside the room !!!! You believe our room is connected to the store * they mention that room surface is 21 m2 !!!!!!!!!! Don't beleive that it's maximum 10m2 I will share my experince with ministry of tourism *

Das Hotel Al Falaj ist ok um zu Übernachten. Es liegt am Rand des Stadtteils Ruwi in einem ruhigen aber langweiligen Stadtteil absteits von Sehenwürdigkeiten und weitab vom Meer. Die Zimmer sind nüchtern und wirken etwas lieblos abgelebt, waren aber sauber. Leider waren die Fenster verschraubt und konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Im Badezimmer war der Geruch leicht unangenehm, was vermutlich daran liegt, das die Syphons entweder fehlen oder nicht richtig gewarten sind. Frühstück und Abendessen waren in Ordnung und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Aufgrund von Unwettern war der Swimmingpool leider verschmutzt und war deshalb gesperrt. Das Hotel würde ich vermutlich kein weiteres Mal buchen

Wij verbleven hier twee nachten. Het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamers zijn modern, schoon en compleet ingericht. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en smakelijk. De bediening was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het hotel ligt in een rustig gedeelte, verwacht dus niks in de directe omgeving. Qua locatie vonden wij het wel zeer centraal gelegen in Muscat. Het oude centrum met boulevard was 8 minuten rijden en de grote moskee (aan de andere kant van de stad) 20 minuten. Als ik dan toch een minpuntje moet noemen? Het zwembad, deze is gedateerd en doet eigenlijk geen eer aan de rest van het complex.

I’m just so glad that we got to stay at one of the finest business hotels in Oman before we could kick off our travel adventure in the country! It’s in the heart of the city and is near the most popular tourist attractions so I can easily wander around. The view from our room is also nice that at night, we’re able to appreciate the beauty of Muscat even when the moon is our only light. It is also very spacious and has a relaxing atmosphere which is perfect because I’m always on the go! After my journey of visiting all countries in the world, Oman is one of the countries I’d go back to and Al Falaj is the hotel I wanted to be my home again!

Always a great staying. After more than two years of absence Because of COVID . I have found still the same cordiality from the staff and quality of the service . I have really appreciated thd new Lord’s Pub at the 8th floor managed by two guys very friendly . Nice atmosphere , nice music, nice cocktails and great landscape on Muscat .
