"We stayed here for two nights and loved it. The location was perfect with outstanding views of the snow covered peaks from the room and from the dining area. "The Hotel Jungfrau was an excellent choice for lodging in Murren. We were a family group of 14 and the Hotel Jungfrau was able to accommodate us in both hotel rooms and an apartment. The apartment was lovely and provided plenty of sleeping and gathering space for our family. The breakfast buffet included both cold and hot dishes. The only problem was an occasional odor from the bathroom plumbing in our third floor rooms in the hotel. The desk clerk offered to move us to another room but we decided to keep the windows open and remain on the third floor to enjoy the view."

The breakfast is also very simple and the quality is very average, there is no one to serve, and there are still a lot of flies in the summer. Sometimes there is someone at the front desk and sometimes there is no one, so there is no service. The Alps are very beautiful, full of wild flowers in the summer, and it is worth a visit. But this hotel is really average, especially for a hotel that costs nearly 2,000 RMB a night."

"This hotel is old and creaky, but very charming. The rooms are huge by European standards. We booked a panorama view room, and the view was spectacular. I was worried about the shared bathrooms, but only once did I have to wait for a toilet, and I never had to wait for a shower. Breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking. My only complaint is that noise travels into the rooms from the hallway under the doors."

"We spent three nights at Hotel Jungfrau in Murren. The hotel was very nice, with lots of closet storage for clothes, etc. The view from our room, looking directly at the Jungfrau was mesmerizing (see picture). The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was ample and good. The cable car station is a few hundred meters away, but the staff will pick up and deliver you to the station, especially if the weather is wet."
