"Bamboo Valle on taika paikka Munnar, me pysyimme tässä resortissa puutalo 3 päivää ja niin toivoi se oli enemmän. Hämmästyttävä sijainti, tämä paikka on niin erilainen kuin muut hotellit/vuosialueet Munnar me oleskeli muutamassa paikassa Kerala matkalla ja tämä oli yksi parhaista. Matkusti toddler ja huolimatta hermostuvan siitä, kuinka korkea puutalo on alun perin; se oli erittäin turvallinen lasten kanssa myös. Erinomainen palvelu kaikille alusta loppuun, meillä oli tiukkoja ruokavalion rajoituksia, jotka oli hyvin hoidettu hotelli. (Jain ruokaa tarjottiin joka kerta, kun pyydämme) Erityinen huuto Sujith vastaanotto joka teki meidän oleskelu mahdollisimman mukava. Positiiviset- • Erinomainen sijainti, jos et halua mennä minnekään ja vain kävellä ympäri tätä paikkaa on se kaikki mukaan lukien yksityinen vesiputki. • Puhdas kylpyhuone ( erittäin kunnollinen tila) • Kaikkien palvelu oli upea • Henkilöstö huolehtii uskonnollisista/ruoka-asuista • Turvallinen lapsille • Viimeisin mutta ei vähiten paikallisen kuljettajan kertoma, että kuljettajan vessat/ matkahuoneet olivat parhaat ja hän oli hyvin tyytyväinen ruoka myös. ( tämä oli lomattavaa resort) Oli tärkeää olla onnellinen kuljettaja Negatiivinen- • Kuuma vesi vie aikaa ja suihku tulee olemaan perus. • Osa ympäröivästä luonnonpuistosta ei ollut ylläpidetty • Ruoka-osuudet olivat vähemmän Yleisesti, erittäin suositeltava paikka hämmästyttävä metsänäkymät ja yksityiset vedenpudot."

"Absolutely horrible experience at this 3 star hotel. This hotel is 3 star but the hotel staff behaviour is negative star. I booked this hotel through Agoda for my stay in Munnar for me and my retired parents. The location was good but from the minute we stepped into the hotel we faced harassment after harassment. After entering the room we saw the flush wasn't working. The bathroom lock was not working. But the main problem is the staff behaviour. The way they behaved it seemed like we have gone there on their money and they are doing us a favour by letting us stay in their hotel. The manager and his staff members were absolutely rude and behaved horribly repeatedly to both me and my older parents. We would ask for basic amenities and they would sometimes forget or sometimes give it after 3-4 times of calling them and reminding them. On our second day the manager argued with us for 30 minutes because we asked why he has given only two bottles of water when we have booked a room for 3 people. And eventually we had to buy water from outside. Even for a mere bottle of water such cheap behaviour they showed, it was absolutely disappointing and horrifying for both me and my parents. On the day we were leaving they refused to give the bill for the dinner we had on the day we arrived and said they can’t give bill because we booked from app. And my car had already arrived at hotel so I had to give the amount whatever they are saying. They refused to give a receipt even after asking multiple times. Anyone who will book this hotel I would say yes the location is good but the staff and the manager inside it are absolutely horrible people with zero sense of hospitality and basic ethics. Munnar is such a beautiful place. I went here seeing the reviews but I feel a lot of the reviews are paid reviews which the hotel has done from their end and they are not actually real reviews. I wish I had booked a different “3 star” hotel where I will not have to fight for a simple bottle of water"

"We arrived from Thekkady, having already spent time in Kovalam and on the houseboats in Alleppey. The drive was long but absolutely lovely, with breathtaking scenery throughout. The hotel itself is set on a hill, so be aware there are some steep climbs from the lower areas up to reception, but the views more than make up for it. Check-in was straightforward, and we were then taken to our room. The room was rustic in style, but certainly not basic. It felt thoughtfully designed and high quality. Highlights included a beautiful copper bath, copper ceiling fans, effective air conditioning, a private plunge pool, proper coffee (not the usual instant found elsewhere), and one of the best views we’ve had on this trip. We took part in the complimentary tea tasting, which was a great experience, followed by one of the organised sunset walks. This lasted about an hour. It was lovely, with incredible scenery, though slightly challenging in parts. Dinner can be pre-ordered, which we did, and the food was excellent. It was noticeably less spicy than other places we’ve visited, which allowed us to really enjoy the flavours without being overwhelmed by chilli, though I’m sure they would adjust spice levels if requested. The wine selection was also decent. On our first night, I had the lamb with nutmeg, and my wife had the chicken tikka masala. Both were excellent. The staff were great too. The messages amazing. Yoga was cancelled the first morning, although they did let us use the yoga room for ourselves. Overall, we would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Munnar, which you absolutely should."
