"Beautiful hotel and perfectly located. It’s only a 20-minute train ride to the city centre. The room is bright and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom looks a bit old, and the toilet flush needs maintenance as the flushing power is weak. The cleaners did a great job cleaning the room and friendly, and the receptionists were very helpful. I prefer sleeping in a cool temperature, but unfortunately the air conditioning cooling system couldn’t be used, likely due to local regulations. So, we slept without AC for two nights, but it was still fine. If you don’t get breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of cafés nearby, as well as a large convenience store right next door. I would recommend this hotel!"

On the day of check-in, there was a middle-aged man (probably German) at the front desk. After registering the documents and filling in the information, the only thing left was to swipe a credit card to pay the deposit in advance. He said that he only needed to swipe the card, and it would be over in less than five seconds. For this five-second operation, I waited for more than ten minutes and was treated so rudely by him. It really left a very bad impression on my trip to Germany."
