相對提供簡單服務的國際品牌酒店 有一個融合菜的日料餐廳和一個酒吧，有客房送餐服務。附近環境和出行對於第一次到印度的朋友來説不太方便 有頂樓游泳池和健身房設施偏舊

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean.

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

設施：5星酒店標準配置； 衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈； 環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜 服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Restaurant exceptionnel L'hotel esg bien situé a 20mn de l'aeroport. La chambre est correcte , la salle de bain est extremement glissante. Le coin piscinne est agreable ,mais manque d'ombre. Le personnel est tres attentionnés. Le restaurant est absolument fantastique, tous les plats sont delicieux et le petit dejeuner est tellement bon, avec des Dosas, des croissants ...etc des fruits, du jeus de canne fait sur place. tout a ete parfait! Je recommande a 100 % cet hotel pour son restaurant .

Not meant for business travel. Rooms are very small and overpriced. No free upgrades will be provided, instead the push will be to get a paid upgrade. Basic things like a cupboard and a working desk are missing in rooms. I would not recommend the hotel even for family use.

The staff of this property is pathetic The rooms are so bad and the managers of this property are least bothered to service their guests. They do not belong to Hyatt and they refuse to accept the offerings by world of hyatt and hyadd dining club

Nice and comfortable stay very near to Juhu beach . Spread in the buffet was really great and the staff was too polite and courteous in having the taste set and orders taken and were delivered swiftly. Been a great pleasure staying here
