The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean. 

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

設施：5星酒店標準配置； 衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈； 環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜 服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Not satisfied with the hotel room, plus the hotel is very dirty even the elevators and lobby

Good nad comfort stay

The property is located close to beach and shopping places. Overall staff for all services from check-in to room service is amazing. The breakfast and dinner options are great. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

It’s such a clean and simple hotel with all luxury amenities. The check in was easy and fast, and the restaurant had some great food! If I’m in town, would love to stay here again!

Such a great experience at Hyatt Centric in Juhu. My parents and I were welcomed by the kindest people and every one we interacted with throughout our 4 days stay was so attentive, so caring, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We especially loved the breakfast team and the care they provided to ensure our mornings started wonderfully. The rooms were spotless, the service was speedy, and we had zero complaints. We will definitely be back!

I would like to say about my experience that i enjoyed all kinds of facilities in the hotel. First of all i was welcomed by the security guard by saying namaskar and proper security check was done, which i found very good. After that mr grin kohl i who is the front office manager welcomed me and the welcome was wonderful. He tried to provide me all the facilities by providing me a room as per my requirements and for my facilities. The food in the restaurant was also very excellent. Amazing food was served by chef yogesh and chef omkar. The staff of the restaurant was also very helpful, smiling with everyone. I was served food in a very good manner, i too was served food with good spirit in every way, due to which my joy became double, i thank all the hotel staff from the bottom of my heart and i thank them a lot for their immense service.

The service by the staff and the food was impeccable. I was there with my family and could'nt have asked for a better stay. The rooms were very clean and the amenities in the room were well stocked as well. The breakfast at Sesame was also really good with a good variety of Indian and continental options.
