Had the best time and a comfortable stay at Hotel Residency. We had made a group booking for a wedding for many guests, and the checkin and all other arrangements were very hassle free. Really appreciate the efforts of the entire team at the hotel and Mr Kaitan for accommodating all our requests.

We booked 15 rooms for our guests who came to attend marriage function. They were all happy with their stay and the food as well. Also Kaitan was very cooperative throughout since the booking till the guest exit. Our guests found the hotel rooms clean

The family members who had stayed at the hotel liked the room and service as also the breakfast. They informed me that they would comeback at the same hotel if in future it would be required to stay in Mumbai. The hotel provides convenience as it is located near the metro station as well as the airport.

We had a truly seamless and delightful experience during our stay for my wedding. Mr. Khaitan, ***** with his incredible team, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and that we didn’t face any issues throughout our time there. The rooms were immaculate, the hospitality was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff’s warmth and professionalism made our special occasion even more memorable. Was decent but hygiene was a issue at the property. Moreover, the staff could have been more friendly.

Bad Experience 😞 Overall it’s very bad experience. Stained bedspreads and wrinkled (it don’t look fresh) at toilet no water pressure. A/c noise and not working properly.

Decent hotel near to Eastern express way Enitre hotel is renovated, compared to pre-Covid days. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Solid place close to the airport. Solid hotel stay close to the airport. Not the easiest to get Ubers there at some points in the evening, but the property itself was in decent shape with more improvements happening daily. I was pretty low maintenance, but staff was helpful when needed. Would consider staying here again.

Room smelled strongly of paint. Outdated fixtures in the bathroom. Two small double beds were provided when i had specifically asked for king/queen bed. Breakfast was very average, both in quality and in taste. Overall, a rather uncomfortable stay. I wouldn't book again.

Nice hotel & nice service

Great experience, spacious rooms and nice location. Really enjoyed the stay here and have been staying here for quite sometime now.
