It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! "We are driving a car in Yilan and there are few parking lots available on site. The room is clean and spacious. It also come with daily breakfast. There is a big park opposite the road and my toddler enjoyed the playground so much. Overall, a very good stay."

"We chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good."

"The room is commodious, hot spring water is available in room. And there are lot of facilities kids can play, e.g. air hockey, table tennis. They enjoyed to play it."

"Location is not as accessible therefore travelling via private hire/taxi is highly recommended. However the resort facilities and the ranch next to the resort makes it a good 2D1N trip. One area for the resort to work on is the tiles of the bathroom. It appears to be rather slippery which can be dangerous for young children and seniors."
