Staying at the chalet was an unforgettable experience! It was our wedding night, and the team went above and beyond to make it special with beautiful decorations, a complimentary cake, and champagne. Their hospitality didn’t stop there—they even arranged an additional dinner for us when we arrived late and were hungry. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very nice if you are looking for long staycation. All hotel staff give you very good hospitality and warm welcome.

The apartments are poorly maintained and the property is beginning to show its age. The staff try and make up for the poor property quality with excellent service, but the rooms could do with a major makeover

Nice and cozy apartment, giving a feel of home. Well maintained suites, right in the middle of Mumbai. Nice restaurant serving good breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall a great feeling, very different from hotel rooms. Would definitely come back to stay again!

I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Marriott for their exceptional hospitality. A special shout-out to Dipti, who truly went above and beyond to make my daughter’s day! She ensured my daughter had everything she needed to prepare for her exam the next day, and the thoughtful good-luck note was such a lovely touch. The personal care and warmth we received—especially from the Front Desk team—was beyond what we expected. Every interaction was filled with genuine kindness and well wishes for my daughter, which meant a lot to us. The food was absolutely delightful, with so many choices that we were truly spoiled. All in all, I felt like royalty, surrounded by such a wonderful team. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable!

We have stayed in various Marriott properties around the world but this was not as per their standards. 1. Strong damp smell in rooms and lobby was the biggest problem. 2. Common areas maintainance was not upto Marriott standards. It was not worth the money they charge especially when you have much better properties in mumbai at similar cost.

The location is very good. They don’t have hidden rules, all staff with very positive attitude. Food is also good. Just in case of meal plan, you need to walk till westin, but it is worth to walk.
