"My stay at the Atour Hotel on the East Pedestrian Street of Mudanjiang Railway Station truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts a superb location, right next to the high-speed rail station and the bustling pedestrian street, making it extremely convenient for getting around and finding food. The nearby Korean food street and Russian-style street are within walking distance, perfect for both shopping and sightseeing. The room maintained Atour's consistently elegant style, with soft, skin-friendly bedding, a smart toilet, soundproof windows, and other thoughtful details. Even though it's facing the street, I was completely undisturbed by noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was exceptionally attentive: the front desk was warm and efficient, proactively introducing nearby attractions; the free laundry room with drying function was a dream come true for business travelers; the late-night porridge service was both comforting and heartwarming; and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, all delicious. Whether for business or leisure travel, this hotel meets all your needs—convenient transportation, complete facilities, attentive service, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mudanjiang, and I will definitely choose it again next time!"

"The room's air conditioning wasn't working well, but the front desk staff were very considerate and helped me get an electric heater. The service from the staff member deserves full marks. I returned late and found there was no hot water when I went to take a shower in the middle of the night. I was too lazy to bother the front desk and just went to sleep. I booked several days, but because the facilities were so poor, I changed my reservation to check out the next day. The hotel refused to cancel the reservation, so I give the hotel service zero marks. In the end, thanks to the platform's help, I was able to get a refund, so I give the platform service full marks."

"Choosing the right hotel was crucial for this trip! Every detail at this hotel, from check-in to check-out, showed exceptional care and attention, deserving a five-star rating! The location is truly impeccable, just 5 minutes from the high-speed rail station, with plenty of nearby restaurants. Upon check-in, the receptionist proactively offered warm water, and upon learning I was traveling with an elderly person, they upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. They patiently explained the room facilities and nearby attractions, even clearly marking less-known spots for photos. The room was surprisingly clean, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring my elderly relative slept soundly. The hot water in the bathroom came out instantly and was plentiful. The vanity was thoughtfully equipped with makeup remover pads, hand cream, and body lotion. What touched me most were the details: the housekeeping lady noticed the cold medicine I had left by my bedside and thoughtfully added a few extra bottles of water the next day. When I returned to my room that evening, the blackout curtains were already drawn, the bedside lamps were set to a soft brightness, and there was a plate of freshly cut fruit on the table. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of options, from freshly cooked noodles and Chinese pastries to Western bread and fresh fruit. Customization was also available. Upon check-out, the staff even prepared a gift bag. This was a truly heartwarming stay, a testament to the thoughtful details and warm hospitality. The service was comparable to the "Fat Donglai of the hotel world." I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to all my friends who are planning trips!"
