Vuoristonäköala Hotels in Hanoi

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

Это роскошное место! Я забронировала бунгало на свой день рождения, а они потом сделали апгрейд до класса люкс. Территория прекрасная. Домики чистейшие. Все дышит природой, очень спокойно. В ресторане вкусная еда и коктейли. Завтрак тоже обалденный и вполне себе большой выбор в меню.

Lovely mountain retreat with excellent food and lovely service… real wow factor. Staff clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent… 5 star level and grounds were a tropical paradise Only minor negative is bathroom drain was a little smelly and when rooms are full can not much sound insulation Otherwise a real wow experience

Was a nice stay! Really nice employees. Called us a taxi for the airport when Grab driver cancelled. Really quite and nice stay.

We came in late evening from Siem Reap and had to go to the airport for our connection first thing in the morning. I didn't want or need to go back into Hanoi, we just needed a clean quiet place to sleep. Had heard of these airport hotels and wanted to try it for fun. The Owners were very kind. It had 3 super twin beds and air conditioning. The room was absolutely spotless. They offered beers for sale for $.80. We got a great nights sleep. I the morning they served toast and a fried egg, bananas and coffee. Just fine for our needs and only $26. per night!!

Very clean and conveniently located to airport. Despite it being close, it is quite expensive to get a grab or transfer to the airport. Pool is really nice. Breakfast is very average

It was pretty clear to check in at this brilliant apartment hotel. The room was spaceful and cosy with decent decoration. It is located in a quiet district in Hanoi and not too far away from the old quarters. Worth a try for both travellers and business trips.

Close to the airport so makes life easy when arriving and departing Hanoi. Hotel sent their driver and a luxury car to collect me after I’d arrived at Hanoi airport late night after a delayed flight from Da Nang - free of charge! Lovely gesture from the hotel and really appreciated the quick and efficient service! Room was nice and had bottles of water, tea and coffee sachets provided, with a mini bar at your own cost. Shower room was very funky, and toiletries were provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, ear buds etc), and I was able to enjoy a shower after my long day. Breakfast was tasty and tea/coffee is also provided. Breakfast consisted of fried eggs, baked sweet potatoes, fried noodles, local porridge, watermelon slices, etc. The dining room itself is really fancy, with a waterfall feature that gives a calming effect. Staff are friendly and helpful, I left my bags with them when I went out sightseeing. Thank you again, was able to see the city and have a rest before and after! Advice for people - don’t forget to download the Grab app for your car and motorcycle taxis, you get better prices!

Good budget friendly hotel near to airport. Very useful if you need a hotel near the airport. Less than $3 taxi ride each way to from the airport with Grab taxi App. Friendly family run hotel. Nice people.

Location is good for those who is looking for a place near the airport -5 min by car. The hotel can help you to call the taxi. Price is acceptable. The service is good, speak English, clean room. Pay attention that there is Avona 1 and Avona 2, they're literally opposite each other. Choose the right one.
