【Happy Moments】 Environment & Facilities: Location: The hotel is very far from the city center, perfect for a pure ”staycation” where you do everything on-site. Architecture & Room: The hotel architecture is magnificent and very pretty. The room I booked was spacious with a balcony. It was very comfortable, and the bed was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Abundant Experiences: There are many experiences to try within the hotel. I did candle making, cocktail making, and wine tasting. My boyfriend loved the wine tasting session, which offered very rare wines to try, and the assistant sommelier at the Buffalo Bar was very professional. Piece of advice: When enrolling in classes, do not pack your schedule too tight, as transit between locations takes time. Staff & Breakfast: The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. While I was unable to sit at the very iconic balcony side, the food in the VIP lounge area was quite good. 【The Unpleasant Parts】 A Disappointing Birthday Celebration: This was the biggest letdown. I was there for my birthday celebration. The hotel had initially agreed to decorate my room beforehand, but perhaps because we checked in a bit early (around 2 hours in advance), it wasn't done. No other birthday offers or gestures were provided by the hotel, despite my boyfriend emailing in advance to inquire about possible special arrangements. It was the most un-birthday-like celebration in my life. I wasn't asking for anything extravagant, but the complete lack of acknowledgment was truly saddening. Poor Bathroom Setup: The bathroom setup is very tricky. There is no shower curtain, so taking a shower sprays water all across the room. This makes the floor very slippery and dangerous. The toilet ventilation is poor. Logistics: Buggy Service: The buggy service requires booking 10 minutes in advance. However, if you are on the ”Earth” level, the actual waiting time is way longer. The best way is to take the tram back to the reception area and get a buggy from there to avoid prolonged waiting. Dining Experience: The Tingara restaurant was fine—the food was great—but again, there was zero birthday vibe for me on my special day. I got a better celebration at a local dining compared to here . Also the menu served at the restaurant does not align with the website information. Furthermore, the staff serving us was a bit clumsy and inexperienced, though she didn't make major mistakes. In conclusion, this is a hotel suitable for travelers seeking impressive facilities and a wide range of activities. However, if you expect thoughtful, personalized service, especially when celebrating a special occasion, you will likely be disappointed.

Hotelli on hyvin lähellä Dragon Bridgeä ja Camellia Night Marketia sekä MOC Seafood -ravintolaa, jotka kaikki ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja huoneet ovat siistejä ja hyvin äänieristettyjä. Voit katsella Dragon Bridgen tulishow'ta executive-sviitin parvekkeelta. Se on loistava majoituskokemus. Kylpyamme sängyn vieressä on hyvin erityinen ja luo romanttisen tunnelman treffeille.

Outstanding staff and facilities.  Decor was something that could/should be in an award winning movie.  Comfortable bed, great shower and air conditioning.  Everything was very clean.  Breakfast was a treat.  Super location as well.  My four days and three nights were the best I’ve had in a very long time.  I will be back and I highly recommend Cozy Savvy!

We had such a lovely and comfortable stay at Voco Ma Belle! Good size family room and my kids love the bunk bed. Love the sun rise view from the balcony. With the glass doors closed, we could hardly hear any traffic noise from the main street. Staff are friendly and they really followed up and fulfilled our requests. They even prepared a small birthday cake and handwritten cards for my family members' birthday. Such sweet gestures and we really appreciate that. It was brilliant being able to keep in touch with the officer on Whatsapp and any needs will be fulfilled promptly. Super efficient! The hotel breakfast spread was of good variety. Highly recommended! Delicious food and good service. Must try their veitnamese food like soup noodles and coffee. Rooftop bar and pool offers fantastic view of the beach! Definitely recommend and will stay again if i ever return to Da Nang. Thank you!

The location is very convenient, with a beautiful beach and pool. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is large with a perfect bathtub. The welcome gift was a nice touch, the internet was fast, and the facilities are well designed. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, we encountered a typhoon, and the bed was a bit too soft.

Breakfast: awesome range. Spa: booked 1230pm on 3 Jan 2026. Showed up at 1148am and asked the staff if we can have an earlier start. She walked to another station, presumably to check. And kept us waiting till 1228pm. When we asked why could she not give us a straight answer, another staff told us that she is new and apologised. We wasted over half an hour waiting around when we could have been in our room. Terrible communication skills. Also, the spa session started late 12.35pm and the experience was above average. The footbath took 5 minutes, and the massage was only about 80 minutes. Check-in: staff took about minutes to check us in, despite the confirmation number and passports provided. VERY SLOW! Room: The bed is sunken at the middle. Need new mattress in 2719.

Actually very nice to stay .Directed more for Asian tourists.Staff kind and always happy to help,very clean,close to sea.You can rent scooters and book tours.Breakfast on but more local than continental-very basic.Fitness room environment needs to be fixed- bikes/treadmill,you need to be careful when you using it.But still I’m recommending this hotel to stay.Julija

We recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives: - while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there. - For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge). - When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters - The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change. - We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!) Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!

Amazing stay at De Lamour Hotel. The room was really nice but had a little smell coming from toilet area however apart from that the hotel was great. Beautiful view of the beach and the view from the rooftop pool is unbelievable.
