It was good. It was a little bit far from Panagasama beach - around 20 min on foot, but it was quiet and calm here, no music, no karaoke. So we could sleep well there. We could rent scooter right in hotel for 350 peso per 24 hours, and came back it got deposit without any problem. At reception you can get free instant tea and coffee, refill your bottle with cold water. There was good wifi there, so I didn't buy local SIM card and I could work online in room.  If I come back to Maolboal I defenetly will stay in this hotel.

I recently spent three unforgettable nights at Badian Island Wellness Resort, and I can confidently say it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. **Location**: Nestled on a pristine beach, the resort offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, and the nearby attractions, including stunning waterfalls, are easily accessible. **Staff Behavior**: The staff at Badian Island were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing personalized service that truly made us feel special. **Food**: The dining experience was delightful! The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary journey, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes. **Special Touch**: We also celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and the resort graciously arranged a small cake for us. It was a lovely surprise for him that made the day even more beautiful. Overall, my stay at Badian Island Wellness Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious food made it a truly memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!

Hotellin Wi-Fi ei toiminut ollenkaan huoneessa, joka turhautti meitä. Saimme vielä lisäksi henkilökunnan Wi-Fin mutta sekään ei toiminut. Hotellissa on oven avaaja ympäri vuorokauden. Siitä tulee luxus fiilis. Henkilökunta on mukavaa ja auttavaisia. Huoneessa oli hyvä ilmastointi, mutta todella huono peitto. Peitto oli vain lakana ja olimme kylmissämme öisin. Tyynyt olivat mukavat. Pimennysverhot peittivät hyvin. Äänieristys huoneessa on huono. Normaali puhe kuului käytävään sekä käytävästä huoneeseen. Huoneessa ei tullut välillä ollenkaan lämmintä vettä ja jouduimme käymään kylmässä suihkussa. Huoneessa ei ole fööniä, mutta sen sai aulasta lainaan. Huoneessa on vedenkeitin sekä minijääkaappi.

Perfect resort for a getaway, with friendly and super helpful staff! We had a great time there!

Minulla oli suuri oleskelu! Palvelu oli todella mukava ja henkilöstö oli kaikki ystävällinen ja majoitus. Käyttötilat olivat vaikuttavia erityisesti kuntosalilla, joka oli hämmästyttävästi puhdas ja hyvin ylläpidetty. Ruoka oli erinomainen, monia vaihtoehtoja valita. Yleensä, erittäin miellyttävä kokemus ja varmasti suosittelevaa!

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Although some of the appliances are old they still get the job done. The smart tv was a great addition to the room as it allowed us to watch and stream movies and tv shows. The only disappointing part was the internet connection as it wasn't stable and it wasn't fast enough to use reliably if you wanted to work.

Super clean, nice hosts Had a comfortable stay The pool is a nice area restaurant by the pool also a rooftop restaurant where the also do the breakfast buffet The single beed delux rooms are really nice but no view as they are all on the side Setup like an apartment has a kitchen but no cooking wear other than for coffee They don't offer slippers as amenities my wife found that really odd for a hotel in the Philippines but I did not mind as the floor was super clean If you don't have a car it will be hard to get uber they all reject pickup at the noble lobby, you have to walk to the back of the pool area exit there and walk near the hwy to get an Uber Was not that bad just something annoying that's nice to know ahead of time All that being said probably the best hotel in Cebu city will definitely book again

We had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

Really nice place. Big space for a family. And had a nice view also. But would like to recommend to use the dryer since most of the guests will use the pool and bringing wet clothes is really inconvenient. But all in all nice place for a cozy stay for family

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
