"前台服務:晚上大概10點多到的，但是前台沒有人。前台留的電話打了很多都沒有打通，最後一個打通了。（但是無法溝通，女老闆年紀比較大那個不會英語，也不算很耐煩），後來經其他顧客提醒才知道，原來他們裝了一個監控在那裡，是讓顧客自助辦理入住，房間的鑰匙也是從一個機器裏面丟出來。😂😂 房間衞生:看得出房子有點年紀了，但是地面打掃還算乾淨。床品的話除了枕頭還是挺乾淨的。枕頭不知道是沒洗乾淨還是沒洗，有毛髮鬍鬚的味道（不過這個價格在國內的酒店也有這種味道，反正不是那種清潔後的香味，也許是用久了洗不乾淨味了） 設施:沒有電源轉換器 公交車站，最近的公交車站步行大約20分鐘左右，不算方便。"

"Location is in Aewol, so buildings are a little spaced out and require a few minutes of walking to get to any convenience store. That said, the hotel itself was awesome. The driveway leading up to the hotel looked like it was a shot from Beverly Hills. Booked the family suite with two bedrooms, each with an attached toilet with a very spacious living room. The hotel kindly gave us the sea view, which was breath taking and easily the best hotel room view I've ever seen. The staff were very friendly and patiently provided information of tourist attractive around Jeju island. Just in front of the hotel is a Cafe Noeully, for which we were given coupons for free Americanos as guests at the hotel. The cafe has a very impressive spread of luxurious-looking bread and nice slouching seats facing the sea to enjoy the view while chilling. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to live in the Aewol area of Jeju."

"Do not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me."

"the house is awesome even in winter . The host is very sweet that turn on the heater before we arrived. I like all the children toys in the canteen. The breakfast is also wonderful. And I like those cups very much. We book a room with slide, unfortunately the days we arrived was heavy snowing. So my kid haven’t try the slide and sands. The only thing is that the shower doesn’t work smoothly. my 4 years old daughter haven't play ipad even once. thats what i want during the vocation. hope to come again in summertime"

"Hyvä sijainti parveke, jos sinulla on merennäkö. Tarvitse parantaa sänkyä, koska se on enemmän keväällä voi antaa takaisin kipua. Bathtub pitäisi olla riitoja, koska se kosteuttaa täyden lattian. Muu viisas hyvä oleskelu"

"Located opposite to Hyeopjae beach, 24hours convenient store just next door. It has a self service check-in kiosk (english available). Car park available downstairs but limited slots, otherwise you can park at the public parking space for the beach infront of the hotel. Room is clean, and odourless, overall a pleasant stay here!"

"2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free."
