"A good location. However the carpark is flooded with (over 30) not in used rental cars that are just parked there. So getting a lot at the end of the day can be near impossible. We had to park along the non designated area on one night and one the street (illegally, as other cars do) I assumed it was safe. Ebenezer should consider bringing their gantry point right to the main side road entrance to give more space for guests at least. Also, a launderette area for guests should be considered to be placed on their ground level for guests since they still have so much more unused space. Also, the central aircon/heater does not function during winter for temp below 26. So we had to open the window and use their portable fan upon request. And hence we can be under the mercy of the temperature from outside Otherwise, the room was usable though pretty small."

"Night view is beautiful. Beds are comfy and there are plenty of space in the rooms also very well sound proofed with Netflix on TV. Just the breakfast rules are not so fitting with holidays 6:30-9:30AM however you can't arrived after 9 am and at 9 the staff told me to leave in 10 min..."

"This is the PERFECT hotel if you're looking for a relaxing island getaway vibe. I've stayed at two rooms: the Ocean View room looks out to the stunning volcanic coast, and the Mountain View room (I think it was called that) faces a cute man made waterfall. Both rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, induction stove and pot, bowls and utensils, and of course a TV. The space is clean and beautiful. The location is also very convenient: there's a convinience store right next door, a sushi restaurant downstairs, and of those don't have what you're looking for, it's just over a 20 minute walk to a grocery store. The walk is scenic and relaxing. I highly recommend this location, and at around $40CAD a night I would come back to this hotel if I ever find myself returning to jeju."

"Big spacious ocean view room, with restaurants and cafes nearby. More than enough parking spaces for cars. One of the very few hotels that provide large bath towels, not just the small ones. The man who checked me in was super helpful - when I told him I couldn't find a certain location on my car built-in GPS, he went with me to my car and used Korean to search for and found the location. Would certainly stay here again if ai come back to Jeju."

"Wonderful location!! Tremendous restaurants and shops surrounding. It fulfilled all my demands including near by airport, transportation friendly and amazing ocean view. The room cleaning service was also satisfying, the only way I could complain about is the soundproofing problem. I am sure that I will choose here again for the next Jeju trip!"

"Location is in Aewol, so buildings are a little spaced out and require a few minutes of walking to get to any convenience store. That said, the hotel itself was awesome. The driveway leading up to the hotel looked like it was a shot from Beverly Hills. Booked the family suite with two bedrooms, each with an attached toilet with a very spacious living room. The hotel kindly gave us the sea view, which was breath taking and easily the best hotel room view I've ever seen. The staff were very friendly and patiently provided information of tourist attractive around Jeju island. Just in front of the hotel is a Cafe Noeully, for which we were given coupons for free Americanos as guests at the hotel. The cafe has a very impressive spread of luxurious-looking bread and nice slouching seats facing the sea to enjoy the view while chilling. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to live in the Aewol area of Jeju."

"Do not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me."
