"We booked this hotel because we were going to watch a concert at Inspire Arena. The hotel staff drove us everywhere we wanted to go, such as the convenience store or other attractions nearby. They would also pick you up once you are done. The transport to and from Inspire Arena was very helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We could also buy ramen in the hotel lobby for supper. This is a good place to stay if you are going to Inspire."

"On arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free. I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome. Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing."

"Korkealaatuinen hotelli lähellä Incheonin lentokenttää, täydellinen vaihtoehto läpikulkumatkalla oleville tai aikaisin aamulla lennoilla oleville! Yövyin ORA-hotellissa Incheonissa kaksi yötä ja olin kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin tyytyväinen! Hotelli on noin 10–15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Incheonin lentokentältä, ja saatavilla on bussikuljetus (varaus etukäteen), mikä on erittäin kätevää niille, joilla on aikaiset tai myöhäiset lennot. Huone oli tilava ja mukava, yksinkertaisella mutta hienostuneella sisustuksella. Sänky oli täydellisen jäykkä, ja kylpyhuoneessa oli erillinen märkä- ja kuiva-alue kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Yleinen siisteys oli erinomaista, mikä teki vierailustani erittäin rauhoittavan. Ikkunasta oli myös näkymä Incheonin satamaan, mikä loi rauhallisen ympäristön ja hyvät yöunet. Vaikka alue ei sijaitsekaan kaupallisella alueella ja on suhteellisen hiljainen, ravintoloineen tai lähikauppoineen, tämä hotelli sopii täydellisesti välilaskulle tai majoitukseen lentokentän lähellä. Vastaanoton henkilökunta puhui sujuvaa englantia ja tarjosi ystävällistä ja tehokasta palvelua. Yövyn ehdottomasti täällä uudelleen, jos minun täytyy lentää Incheonin lentokentälle uudelleen!"

"I had a comfortable stay. I had to catch a flight at 6 am in the morning. Hotel staff was professional and courteous. They helped me book hotel taxi which gave me a comfortable ride to the airport. There were some noise coming and there was no ventilation except for the window. But overall it was comfortable and cheap. Bottled water was given. There was a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. The bathroom was spacious and hot water was available. I would recommend this place because they treated foreigners with respect. There was no microwave oven in the room."

"Considering it’s price I paid for the last 7 days of staying in this hotel, it’s okay but a few things I like to mention are.., I am saying not because I am a picky person nor blame anyone.  Here are a few things; 1. There were no A/C available whole 7 days and nights so I was pretty hot. When I said to the front desk they said it’s not available at all. It was my first time experience in my life. 2. There were a couple of broken tiles near to the elevator were extremely dangerous because we were tripping on the uneven surface several times. I wondered why they just simply fixed it for safety. 3. Bathroom door was so noisy when I closed it because the hinges were so rusted. 4. The entire room was too dark for me to find out my belongings. 5. The shower curtain was way too short to block the water when I was taking a shower so the water splashing out especially when there were high glossy floor tiles."
