We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker's service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the guests. As a whole-house rental with three spacious bedrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the major conveniences was the fully equipped kitchen. It had every single cooking utensil and appliance we could possibly need, which made preparing meals for the family easy and enjoyable.

it was an excellent service from the host, fluent in english and he even pick us up and drove us to the station. the villa gave us a magical experience, everything was top notch. and also important thing is the location, if you plan to go to iwatake snowpeaks then komakusa villa is the best place to stay, just 1 minute walk and you can see the gondola from the room. thankyou yutaka fukushima

This is a cute place,although I came here in November it going to snow season but we’re too early to come with out update anything, so then i missed many activities on Hakuba and this place feel like japan traditional style and vibe soft and warm

住みやすい家に滞在しているような気持ちでとても快適でした。 窓からも自然の豊かさを感じ静かでリラックスできました。

民宿內部總體非常乾淨，公共區域裝修佈置的非常温馨，一樓大廳有木炭火爐，可在爐邊沙發休憩，非常愜意，民宿整體有一種復古木質別墅的感覺。 房間都在二樓，需要把自己的行李搬上去（沒電梯），房間面積小，房間內十分温暖，總體比較乾淨，但時不時會有蟲子出現（遇到三衹）。住在民宿的時候，比較適合在一樓大廳區域活動（比較舒適）。 但民宿沒有獨立衞生間和浴室，都是公用的，對於住慣酒店的人會不太習慣。 民宿有兩個公共浴室，需要填表預約使用，每個浴室都有淋雨和湯池，整體很乾凈，由於店內房間不多，因此也不會有排隊洗澡的情況。 但民宿的公共衞生間的清掃打理還有待改進，二樓的男廁馬桶有些漏水，而且廢紙簍也沒定期清理。相較浴室，公共衞生間使用起來還是不太方便，會有多人撞車的情形。 民宿老闆夫婦待人接物都很熱情，響應及時，但老闆夫婦英語一般，因此大多數時候交流需要翻譯軟件，會花費不少時間。 想去五龍/47雪場的可以問民宿老闆買優惠雪卡，6000日元/天，比雪場買便宜很多，另外民宿租雪具也很便宜。 民宿旁的hotel oak tree（走路過去5分鐘）是個免費巴士站點，有不少去各雪場的免費大巴，但需要注意時間表（民宿裏有），大巴發車時段有限，錯過就沒車了。其他交通方式就是打車，但白馬打車並不容易，經常沒車（價格貴是其了）。

Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Wifi is not the fastest and does not handle multiple devices that well especially when you are trying to work. There was some confusion when booked via Trip as the contact information was somehow truncated so hotel was unable to contact me without going through Trip thus messages were delayed. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and everyone had a great time…

Overall good experience. Had no problems finding the place when driving in the snow, staff was able to help with finding a parking spot when all spots were full. Staff was friendly and there are rentals which I didn't realize till we arrived. Onsen area was clean and sufficient. Decent vending machine selection. Breakfast left some to be desired unfortunately. 

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

位置理想 住主樓房間已有衛浴 房間很大 窗外景色優美 有wifi 泊車方便 但乾燥室沒有什麼烘乾效果 房間有暖氣 酒店各方面其實很不錯 性價比高 可選擇加些小錢包早餐 因為一早去滑雪 就要加 是日式早餐 款式不要有太大期望
