Encinares Cala is a great town house in a fantastic location near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vicente. This is a quiet and relaxed resort with pine-covered hills running down to the three beaches and the crystal clear sea. Pollenca itself is also very nearby, just a ten minute drive away. The house is in a quiet residential area and although is in a building with another two properties this one has its own private swimming pool and terraces. Inside, the house is light and cool and traditionally Mallorcan. The lounge and dining room is really airy, with a dining table, two sofas and stone fireplace. Double doors from here lead out onto the front terrace views. There is satellite Tv, a Dvd player too. The separate fitted kitchen has appliances such as gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. A glass door opens onto a side terrace with access to the pool and barbecue area. The villa has three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and two new bathrooms, one with a full bath and the other one with a shower. Access from street level is via exterior stairs onto the front covered terrace and the swimming pool area. To the left of this hallway there is a large dining room furnished with a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. A corridor from this level leads us two of the bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. A few steps lead up to a double bedroom with air conditioning with a small balcony and a separate full bathroom and a few steps down are taking us to the lower level of this house where there is a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is also access to the garage where the washing machine is placed. The covered terrace with exterior furniture makes this the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing.
