We went for our 20th wedding anniversary and could not have been happier with our choice! This place is stunning both inside and out. We were amazed by how beautiful the surroundings were with every detail well thought out. The room was stunning and well laid out. When we arrived they had cooled down the room and heated the pool which was the absolute perfect temperature the entire time. Having a wam pool was a big part of how much we enjoyed our stay as we spent quite a bit of time in it. The room and outside patio area was very private and we felt as though we were the only ones there at times. The food was also amazing whether we ate at the poolside restaurant, the high end restaurant Aperitif, or eating in the Pinstripes Bar. We really enjoyed the bar and the staff there. They were so attentive and everyone made us feel right at home. We enjoyed great conversations there and got some good recommendations on things to see in the area. The drinks were really next level as these bartenders know their craft. It was fun to watch them mix the drinks and they explained the science behind what flavors they were combining and how some of the spices and other ingredients were locally sourced. The entire staff was also another highlight. Everyone we encountered could not have been more friendly and attentive. The general manager even took the time to sit with us to see how our stay was going and asking other questions that showed he was very committed to the property. We also like that this is a family owned property. They were staying there while we were there and it was clear they too all had a passion for excellence. We researched properties for months before deciding on Viceroy. We did spend a bit more in the end than we may have for other 5 star properties, but after reading some of the reviews at the other places, we kept circling back to Viceroy. We are so glad we did and in the end, the extra money still made the stay seem like a bargain. We have paid about the same for a tiny room in a substandard hotel in New York City and here we were treated like kings in one of the most beautiful spots we have ever stayed in. My stay at Regent Bali was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and taken care of. The hotel is stunning, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing experience. The sunset view is absolutely breathtaking — watching the sky transform over the ocean felt magical. The sea view from the property is equally incredible, making every moment feel like a dream. It genuinely felt like I was in heaven. The rooms are huge, spotless and everything was extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding. The spa is another highlight — peaceful, rejuvenating, and expertly done. It’s the perfect place to unwind. One of the most unique features of Regent Bali is their Michelin-level chef pop-ups from around the world, which happen from time to time. It’s an amazing opportunity to enjoy world-class dining without even leaving the hotel. Overall, Regent Bali exceeded every expectation. The views, the rooms, the service, the food, and the atmosphere all come together to create an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for pure relaxation, luxury, and an experience that truly feels like paradise. Our stay at The Edge Bali was truly unforgettable. The villa was absolutely massive and incredibly comfortable. It felt more like a private home than a hotel room, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The design was elegant and modern, yet warm and welcoming. We instantly felt at home the moment we walked in. The butler service was outstanding. Our butler, Edy, was highly professional, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. His attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The resort itself is packed with amazing facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by how much there was to do without even leaving the property. There was a private bowling alley, a snooker room, and even a state-of-the-art entertainment area. But the highlight for us was definitely the pool. The infinity pool overlooking the cliffside was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and also ideal for taking photos. Every corner of the pool area felt like a picture-perfect spot. The Edge is perfect for anyone looking for privacy, luxury, and personalized service. It exceeded all our expectations. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and indulgent getaway in Bali. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

We really enjoyed our honeymoon at the Four Seasons Sayan. It is the best Bali vacation I have ever been on as it offered the opportunity for my love and I to slow down and enjoy the serenity and beauty of Ubud's tropical rainforest. The food was delicious, the views absolutely breathtaking in its natural glory and the facilities comfortable and luxurious. We can't wait to see what other Four Season hotels around the world have to offer in their ability to capture the true natural beauty of a landscape

Review for The Legian Bali, Seminyak– Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I cannot say enough about the incredible service at The Legian in Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, luxurious accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What truly set them apart, however, was their unparalleled attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. During our stay, my daughter lost a sentimental earring, and despite searching, we couldn’t find it. We mentioned it in passing to the staff, not expecting much, but to our absolute surprise, two days after we checked out, I received an email from the resort—with an image of the earring they had found! Their dedication to customer service, even after we had left, speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. It’s rare to find such a thoughtful and proactive team, and this experience alone guarantees that we will be returning to The Legian on our next trip to Bali. If you’re looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests and goes the extra mile, look no further. We stayed at Jumeirah Bali from 21 to 24 June for a short getaway and had a wonderful time. We booked the Sunset Pool Villa, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks while the staff handled our check-in.o We took the half board package and were very impressed by the food, great quality and generous portions. The staff throughout the resort were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. We also booked a day trip driver through the hotel. The car was clean and spacious, and the driver thoughtfully prepared cold drinks for us. He brought us to ATV and river tubing activities in Ubud, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although the stay is on the pricier side, the service and experience made it worthwhile. We would definitely come back again.

Very beautiful place. Did not give us much headache in checking in unlike The Legian Seminyak. They could improve their medical assistance or facility in the resort since our whole family got sick, the response was not quick yet they were able to help out few hours after....

Stayed in the 2BR Ocean Front Villa 2001. Villa was a big let down. The private pool is a major downer as it resembled more like a bathtub and was very filthy when we checked in. Plenty of lizard poop and lizard sounds throughout the day. If you can avoid Villa 2001, please do However, they moved us to another 2BR Villa for the second night and offered our family complimentary 3-course lunch which was fantastic. Key takeaway is, not every villa is of the same quality even though they may be of the same price.
