I stayed at Wyndham Qingdao Hotel for one night with my parents in a suite room, and it was a truly memorable experience. 1. Hotel Grounds: The hotel is large and beautifully designed, with lovely gardens and fountains throughout. There are plenty of picturesque spots for taking photos. We even enjoyed seeing alpacas and peacocks in the small zoo area! The landscaping around the pond was stunning. We also had a great time swimming in the pool, and it was convenient to have a dryer available for our swimsuits. 2. Room Condition: The room and bathroom were spotless, and the overall condition was excellent. I especially loved soaking in the warm spring water from Laoshan, which helped relieve all the travel fatigue. It was also nice to watch TV while relaxing in the bathtub. The amenities were of top quality, and everything in the room was automated, making our stay even more comfortable. 3. Others: The night view from the 6th floor was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes, and my parents, who aren’t very familiar with Chinese food, were very satisfied and happy with the variety. I highly recommend Wyndham Qingdao Hotel — it’s a perfect place for both relaxation and family travel!

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and from check-in to the end of my stay, everything was amazing. The 270-degree room was exactly what I wanted and more. The view was superb and honestly unforgettable. The birthday touches really made me feel special. I received a cake, fresh fruits, a lion mascot and even the bed sheets were decorated with a “Happy Birthday” message. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of Western options and the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely courteous throughout my stay. Special thanks to Nora, who checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. This hotel truly delivers luxury and a premium experience. If you’re visiting Qingdao, it’s an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

真是太好了，首先説房間非常乾淨，也是我喜歡的韓式風格，因為老闆是朝鮮族，人也特別好，特別熱情.而且做的韓餐也很地道.再説周圍環境，太美了，早上看日出也是非常棒，過了馬路就是沙灘很乾凈，孩子玩很方便。停車也很便捷.總之不管是外地遊客遊玩還是本地人去玩都很好.他們家二樓有大平台，團建非常好，視野開闊能看到海.推薦，祝老闆生意興隆.

整體裝修現代摩登，新且講究，每個角落都透露着設計師的細心。酒店在安靜的一個小港灣裏，接駁車需要走小路蜿蜒而至，一路風景也是不錯。房間窗景視野很好，躺在床上就可以看海看日出。洗浴用品是酒店版的Santal33，全自動沖水馬桶。洗澡水大且熱，很舒服。酒店的餐廳早中晚餐都很不錯，正餐基本上是四星酒店標準。食材新鮮，部分需要提前預訂。還有療愈服務，Spa和頌缽都體驗了，老師很專業。總之，是一次愉快的入住體驗。期待後續咖啡品質再更好點，房間可配備些許健身器材。 可以讓體驗能好滿足中高消費人羣需求🥰

I stayed here for 17 days. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the place. The ease at which you can get public transport through the subway just outside is its greatest attraction in my opinion. It allowed me to travel all around qingdao for those 17 days with ease. The daily hotel service itself was good. Having a washing machine was also very convenient. There was a 7/11 nearby so if you’re feeling lazy some days you can get food and drinks there. Having a major shopping mall (MixC) nearby was also good for if you wanted to eat at a restaurant or buy things from the attached supermarket. There was no USB ports in my room so I had to go out to buy a plug for the sockets to charge my phone. Not that big of a deal. All in all, I’m happy I booked this place. I should also state that it was my first time ever in China as a foreigner from the UK which is why I can say this hotel really gave me a lot of ease during my visit to Qingdao.

衞生：可以，被子枕套地面都很乾凈 環境：位置挺好的，離五四廣場比較近，周邊也不荒，有個大商場400米左右，吃飯很方便。 服務：凌晨廁所堵了都很快就過來處理，還是挺熱情的吧，評論遇到的情況我沒遇到 設施：都是有些年代了，圖四是我翻到的九幾年的告示居然都在，環境稍微有些昏暗，對比這個價位還是能接受的

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful — they guided us clearly and even helped us rent a scooter. They also let us park our motorbike, which was really convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. We’re very satisfied with the service and would definitely come back. Thank you!
