For example, had a wechat set up last minute with the hotel butler Peter, while I was stressed coz I didn’t book anything except the room, my China flight was delayed as usual (for over four hours), but Peter was super helpful and took care of everything from spa appointment to excursions and suggested more ideas. @ the hotel. Stunning lush views from every angle of the hotel, lots of gorgeous areas to hang out such as the rooftop cinema, extraordinary lobby & bar area. I blissed out at the spa with Miss Nóng for an aromatherapy treatment, the 35 metres infinity pool had a to die for view, there were also tons of activities to choose from Rooms 56 suites and villas to slow down and soak in the sweeping and ethereal views. I was in room 6302 where I woke up to a stunning sunrise my first morning. My second morning I spent the morning in the onsen style bathtub on the balcony Food & drinks. had long lazy meals sampling different cuisines at their casual second floor and serene third floor restaurant. There is also a more atmospheric steak house. I loved the breakfast noodles bar and I am still thinking about their rice, delicious and very different from the rice I’m used to Prices. Amazing stay at Yunlu. Amazing service from the wonderful staff. Extremely quiet location. Beautiful scenery around. Great breakfast (no buffet). Large rooms with great views. Even a small pool (more for children). I cannot say enough good things about the amazing service that the staff provided. Joyous staff. Good feelings. Not much English spoken (well basically none as is usual in China based on my experience) but with the help of the various apps and a positive attitude this is practically not a real issue. It can even be fun. Anyway they fulfilled all my requests and more than that (incl. for the breakfast as I suffer from diabetes) and always made sure I was happy and enjoying my stay. The rooms I had (2 stays) were very large. The air conditioning was very efficient and silent. The views were so enjoyable (yes out there in Mingshi there are better views of course but still). The large bed was very comfortable. Big sofa, tables, chairs ... and a lot of space. Nice bathroom with good shower. A fridge was available and included some ”free” drinks. I found the location perfect as it is not in the village itself but on the other side of the little river. So it is very quiet. A very short drive to the village and even walking requires no more than 30 minutes. Restaurants are only available in the village and bike rentals are way cheaper in the village too. I would certainly not recommend the local shop close to the hotel for rentals as the deals proposed are absurd (well prices the owner articulated were simply exorbitant). I will definitely return to Mingshi as I loved the region and there is so much to discover. I will quite certainly look no further than the Yunlu. Location. Peacefulness. But above all because of the extraordinary customer friendly attitude and the good spirit of the ”team”.

The best thing about this place are the owners. Full of initiative and kindness, I am very appreciative of their initiative services. For example, they asked if I already had transportation for my next destination, then how much I was quoted. Then they said that was a fair price if it was right to the hotel, to just check and verify if it is so. This is a very helpful guidance for out-of-towners. The room is clean, and after 4 days of travel in the area, it is the only one that doesn't have any lingering smells of cigarette smoke. It is hard to find rooms like these, including rooms that claim to be smoke-free. The view from the room is great and it is nice to watch the birds fly over the border river. Birds are not constrained by fences. Bottles of water are provided, as are disposable towels, which I'm not a fan of, as well as soap, shampoo and so on. There is no separation of wet/dry areas, but slippers are provided. You may not get the best photos in such a homestay, but it is functional and practical, and everything works well, drainage and so on, which is more important. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Location of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area.

Rakkaus ensimmäisellä silmällä. Näkymä huoneistamme oli kaunis. Huoneet olivat makullisesti varustettu. Sängyt olivat hyvin mukavia. Puhdas lautaset ja pyyhkeet. Moderni tilat. Automaattinen vessanpöydän oli hämmästyttävä. Toivoin, että minulla olisi yksi kotona Malesiassa. Meillä oli aamiaiset. Olen hyvä terveellisten vaihtoehtojen ja vapaa virtaus soijamaito. Ehdotan käyttää keraaminen keila kuuma soijamaito sijaan muovi keilaa tarjotaan. Toi oma kuuma vesipullo. Lämminvesi dispenser saatavilla.Meillä oli kaikki ruokamme hotellissa. Ruoka oli herkullista. Kokeile vapaa-alue kana sieniluvauhtia. Vähän mukavaa. Aamulla kävely kylässä oli kaunis. Monet vihannestilat. Herra Wei, johtaja oli hyvin huomaavainen ja ystävällinen. Hän tarjosi meitä vene Detian vesistöihin maksua, koska ei ollut taksia tai e-hailing. Kokonaisuudessaan meillä oli miellyttävä ja ihana kaksi päivää oleskelu. Korkeasti suositeltu. Sulje kaksi pientä ikkunoita takana parempi melun eristäminen.

Our stay at this hotel was decent—nothing fancy or extraordinary, but the excellent service really made a difference. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help us with everything, even arranging a driver when we had trouble with transportation and lending us their electric bike to get around. The food was just okay—not the best, but acceptable. Location- it is great if you want to visit the nearby waterfall, but other attractions are a bit far. Overall, the amazing staff made up for the minor downsides!

一般不評價，但覺得很好。新開的民宿，我們定了兩間住了兩晚，窗外風景很好，二樓三樓雙床房都是落地窗，四樓大床房有陽台很喜歡，價格合適。民宿老闆人很好，有情況及時解決，他們在樓下還開了飲品攤，送了我們果汁喝。已經介紹了朋友，門口就是魚鱗壩，樓下就是夜市攤。方便。

Everything was nice and clean and the breakfast actually had some more “international” food compared to other local hotels. We didn’t understand why you cannot enter the pool area, which is apparently from “another hotel” according to the staff. Not clear since the pictures show the pool in this hotel when you book. But overall we had a very nice stay and the area/nature around the hotel is stunning.

Stay here! You can stay at the park gate. Drive up to it at night. Sleep here. He’ll go get your tickets in the morning for you and then you can be in the park at 8:30. You’ll arrive right as the people who have to bus in arrive but if you’re not in a group you can get ahead of everyone and enjoy the park and be on your way around noon

The hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there. The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady. Would I stay again? NO
