"The staff are friendly, the bed was amazing, the room was clean & tidy. A peaceful environment close to Minosa Mall & restaurants, very conveniently situated. Breakfast was more than enough for a meal & freshly made. I would recommend. The only thing missing is that there is no cutlery & crockery but there is a microwave."

"Odotin tavallista huonetta, mutta ajoimme pitkän matkan ja löysimme suuren paikan. Se oli kaunis ja ystävällinen nainen vastaanotto antoi meille lämmin tervetullut pitkän matkan jälkeen. Meidät osoitettiin huoneeseeni, joka kuten vastaanotto, oli valtava!! Atelia, jossa on iso ja super mukava vuode, keittiötila täynnä pieni jääkaappi ja tee-/kahvilaitos. Oli pieni istuintila, jossa sohva ja muutama mukava tuoli ja kylpyhuone oli suuri kävelysuihku hyvän paineen.. Aamiainen seuraavana aamuna palveli ruokailuhuoneessa kaikki hyvin laitettu ja joten olimme valmiita matkallemme Nautimme oleskelumme vaikka yö paljon tarvitsema uni ja nukkui kuin lokit.."

"I spent a night at this hotel with some family. I have mixed feelings about it. The rooms were clean and good, with a nice bathroom. The interior of the hotel is pretty. The rooftop bar and dining room are good settings. However, my dissatisfaction arose during the meals. The drinks took a while to arrive once we ordered even though the place wasn’t busy. This was confusing since the drinks we ordered wouldn’t take a long time to prepare (e.g. a can of soft drink or a beer). During the meals, we found that we couldn’t order certain things on the menu because the kitchen didn’t have enough stock of it left. We only found this out after ordering and had to take another look at the menu."

"The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. The food was also not that good."

"Hyvin hyvä sijainti, jos matkustaa Central Bloem Business. Käyttöpaikka on puhdas ja hyvin ylläpidetty. Aamiainen ei ollut buffet, mutta oli hyvin maukasta. Ruoka ei palveltu kotona, jota en pidä. Henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen ja tervetullut."

"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"
