"Vain takaisin 2 viikkoa oleskella hotellissa. Sijainti erinomainen aivan kauniin rannalla ja runsaasti kauppoja. Huone tilava suuri kylpyhuone meillä oli suuri näköala meidän parveke uima-altaalla ja merellä. Monet erilaisia ruokaa erityisesti kalaruoat. Hotelli pysyi aina puhtaana. Henkilöstö oli kaikki hyvin ystävällinen erityinen maininta Luca joka piti meidät viihdettä ilta. Voisi tehdä muutaman englannin kanavat TV. Nautti meidän oleskelu niin paljon olemme jo varanneet palata marraskuussa"

"Very nice relaxed hotel with nice view over the beach, and ease of access to it. Nice pool, relaxed environment without much music where you can just enjoy the sun and the calmness of Fuerteventura. Room was spacious and always clean, food was good everyday and there's a lot of variety. Only thing I think could be improved is the quality of pastries/desserts. Adding to all the positives, the hotel employees were all very nice and kind, always ready to help or have a chat with you. Overall almost a 5/5, would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in coming to Fuerteventura."

"We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and had a great holiday so much so when we decided to return to Fueataventura it was our first choice. So this time around we again had a lovely stay but the hotel didn't reach the heights of our previous visit. The daytime activities & evening entertainment was brilliant much improved from our previous visit. The rooms and accommodation was as expected but the housekeeping wasn't as good and a bit sporadic some days it was great as previous others just a case of empty the bin. The food wasn't quite as good, the breakfast was good. The Luchtime selection was good and we thought it was superior to the evening which was a bit luke warm and didn't quite hit the mark this time around. Last time we had no issues with WiFi but this time it kept dropping out not quite sure why. The entertainment team, the catering team & the staff in general are helpful friendly & welcoming and a credit to the hotel. Overall we would still recommend this hotel."

"Good morning, I wanted to comment on my terrible experience in this complex. I arrived and there was no reception service because they were there until 3:00 p.m., the cleaner was looking everywhere for my key, when they found the key and I went to the apartment it was a real oven, the heat in there was horrible. The TV didn't work and on Saturday there was no one there, on Sunday they had a day off, so there was no one there either, on Monday I went to reception and the technician couldn't come until 4:00 p.m. When he went he removed or didn't tune in many channels, the remote control had no batteries, I had to go buy them myself. The day I arrived at night when we were taking a shower we were left with a piece in our hands and my husband had to fix it so we could take a shower. The mattresses were without a cover, the bottom sheet and the mattress were super dirty, with stains, disgusting. The kitchen furniture didn't fit well. To top it all off, the cleaner came in on the last day and opened the door with her key without ringing the bell, a lack of respect. When I report all this to the central office, they apologize and tell me that they will pay me 50 euros. In fact, they did pay it, but I didn't pay for what I found, which doesn't seem like a solution to me. They charged me 70 euros a night and the apartment isn't even worth 30 euros. Be careful if you go because I'll tell you what you're going to find."

"Huoneisto on luultavasti paras koskaan ollut, tarjoamalla hämmästyttävä näkymät meren. Meillä oli hiljainen kaksinkertainen makuuhuone, joka on enemmän kuin riittävä turvassa vaatekaappi. Kylpyhuone oli myös riittävä. Elämä/ keittiö on iso, johtava iso balkoni, jossa on hämmästyttävä näköala meren. Kaunis huonekalut puhtaassa ympäristössä, se on ihanteellinen rento loma. Istuinhuoneessa oli myös sohva sänky. Tulemme varmasti takaisin tänne. Kiitos kauniista henkilöstöstä, että teit oleskelumme niin hyväksi."
