No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."

"The lodge itself is beautiful with top notch food, great guides for the safari drives and warm hospitality. You can spot elephants and hippos in the Olifant river from the deck outside the villa and at the restaurant and makes it feel like you're living in the wilderness. Our vegetarian diet was well catered for, the staff will really make you feel at home. The lodge is situated on top of a hill which involved a 30 minute bumpy ride on a non-paved road so it might be best to opt for the hotel pick up and drop. There was however an issue with one of the bathrooms in our villa which could've been handled better."

Vietimme 2 tuntia jäljittämällä leijonia ja löysimme koko kauniin ylpeyden. Se oli niin jännittävä ja hauska! Näimme iso 5 ja niin monet muut ja tuntui niin onnekas. En ole ollut muissa pelivarauksia, mutta en voinut suositella tätä yksi erittäin tarpeeksi. Talo ja tilat ovat kauniita kuin koko varaus."

The tent accommodation is peaceful, neat, stylish and welcoming. The Lodge is a haven away from the heat, complete with chess and books and it's the place where the most exquisite meals are served, as prepared by Valencia and her team. It is very clean. While we were the only guests on our side, we did not experience any noise, excepting the noise of the bush. The staff are always on hand to assist and advise.
