"My partner and I had a magical experience at Nyati safari lodge. During our stay we were guided during our safari drives by Daniel, Nicholis, Lesedi, Xander, and Nickel. Each guide was brilliant in their own way with their individual personalities, stories, and areas of expertise and knowledge. I absolutely loved having the chance to ask the guides questions and not only learn more about the animals and the habitat, but also the guiding profession. Of course, the animals (big and small!) were the stars of the show, but the guides took our experience to a different level! We were looked after really well by all the staff at the safari lodge from checking in with Ashante to the excellent afternoon and pre-dinner cocktails made by Percy and Innocent. Every mealtime was an experience in itself, so thankyou to chefs Sipho, Godfrey, Freida, and the hospitality staff including Dear. A particular highlight were the three ‘bomas’ we had spread throughout the week! We stayed in the safari chalet accommodation and it was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the large bed with mosquito netting and the hammock on the balcony. Watching a large herd of elephants frolic around for 1 hour in the olifant river from my bedroom is an experience I won’t forget. I will be telling all my family and friends about this brilliant holiday! Thankyou Nyati"

Ukuthula Bush Lodge

"This beautiful bush Lodge is so perfect. We stayed one night on our way to Karongwe and the service and welcome were second to none, and the accommodation was stunning. The staff are extremely friendly, and the owner Fabian and his wife are just lovely. The decor is amazing, there is an outdoor & indoor shower and the animals roam freely outside your windows. We sat with a bottle of wine on the upstairs terrace and watched wildlife coming to the water hole. The sounds of the bush are so magical. We went out walking and saw giraffe, warthog, zebra and plenty birds, during daytime. We sat at the hide near the big water hole and saw the animals and birds who were unaware we were there. The meals were superb and very reasonably priced and the finishing touches in the room like the liqueur and water decanter were appreciated. Everything very clean and well maintained. We will return for sure. Thank you Fabian and your team it was a delight."
