Big clean room, comfy bed and the breakfast was also good. Nightshift-staff was really welcoming. But it would be good to mention in the hotel description that the airport-shuttle stops at 11pm. Anyway we can recommend and would book this hotel again. :)

I’m sure this hotel back in the day was very nice. It was OK for one night but would probably not return. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was large. The shower was just a trickle and was either hot or cold with no in between. One bed spread had bodily stains on it and had to get a new one. I did feel safe here but did not want ground level. We did not indulge in the breakfast because we left before it opened.

First, the front desk person (I think his name was Tommy) was so helpful and friendly. Great customer service experience! The hotel is located very close to the airport, somewhat in an area where the homeless gather in the nearby vicinity, but the hotel itself is very clean and smells great!

Very nice place. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Welcoming staff and informative. Stay at BW a lot and this place was definitely one of the better ones. We’d definitely stay her again. Seem like a nice area. Pool was clean……………….

Arrived about 2:45 pm and was told King rooms had not been cleaned yet. Was given a room but that had not been cleaned either. Finally was given a larger King room. HOWEVER, Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken. Went to first floor to go to that ice machine; however, the hallway carpet was filthy! But ice machine worked at least. My room appeared clean, but lighting in room was HORRIBLE, especially the bathroom. Terrible lighting for putting on makeup! Even attempted to use my iPhone with its light but didn’t help. Bed pillows were also awful; hard as a rock almost! Hotel rate was way TOO HIGH for how they have let the condition of this hotel deteriorate! Shameful! Get some makeup mirrors with lights for women to use!!!

The front desk was very helpful. The room was fresh, the bathroom was clean, the A/C controls worked well. The room was quiet, even though it was a Saturday night. Two adults and 3 kids in a 2 queen room with a pullout couch -- even with all our stuff, there was still plenty of room to move around. We had a pleasant stay, with no problems, and would definitely come back.

We stay stay in Austin many times a year and we stay at this location very often. Location is great to get to events in Austin. . Area is well lit and maintained, easy to get in and out of. Rooms are always comfortable and clean, staff is friendly,

The hotel lied to us about a late-night ride from the airport and we were over two hours and a lot of money getting transportation to the hotel. They said they could order an UBER equipped for a mobility at their expense and then reneged when we called them to do so.

Helpful, caring staff. Breakfast was good and the drink and cookies in the afternoon was a good refreshment

Stay was exceptional , although a couple of minor problems they were addressed immediately and taken care of
