"They do NOT honor IHG policies. I booked 2 rooms using my points for my parents. They showed up at the hotel to check in but were unable to because I wasn’t there. This has NEVER been an issues at any other properties. They waited over an hour in the lobby trying to sort this out and just ended up paying out of pocket. This was unacceptable!!!! They supposedly canceled my reservations and refunded my point I guess we will have to wait and see if I get them back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS IHG PROPERTY!"
