Did not have to wait long for the elevator. Maybe less customers during my stay. There's a mall adjacent to the hotel. Maybe need to add more tv channel.

The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and shops. Our room and bathroom were very clean and felt newly renovated. It was also comfy and suitable for our baby. The check-in process was smooth, and while the service was just okay, everything went well.

We were welcomed by a warm and helpful front desk staff. We were allowed to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time. The hotel is old but has interesting layout and the room is nicely decorated with all the amenities provided.

Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to deal with. The location above the mall is quite good, easy to find food. Downside, toilet quite smelly, hotel condition looks old. Breakfast in hotel was just like another hotel. Continental breakfast. Was expecting for some local dish served. But nvm.
