En general el hotel está bien, pero su ubicación le resta competitividad. Durante mi estacia no llegó a funcionar el WiFi —decían que estaban trabajando en ello— ni uno de los ascensores.

Very outdated. WiFi broke down on the evening of the first night and it was not fixed during the stay. Room smells like a nursing home (carpets harbour smells), bathroom door had been pulled off and nails were exposed. Air con was minimal in the room in a very hot, sunny room (great for drying clothes!). About 13 minute walk to the nearest Metro. Tram is closer but it’s about 20+ stops to the centre and very slow. Coffee at breakfast is good. Food is all cheap, processed products. Go elsewhere.

very lovely hotel and aesthetic. the only problem was how loud the aircon system was and didn’t cool down the room quick. the breakfast was delicious and lots of options

Bah service. When we arrived around 21 ? Or 22, the persons was half sleeping in the sofa, when she saw us, she was so slow to woke up! Service just unacceptable. Was quite rude. Bed room very dirty, BODY HAIRE on the towel ! The bed sheet was dirty also ! Bathroom not finished

Hotel 4 stelle che presenta pregi e difetti. Riguardo alle cose positive direi pulizia, colazione ottima, assenza di rumori e discreta vicinanza alla fermata della metro oltre che ad essere in una zona piena di ristoranti (per chi dovesse andare a concerti all' Alcatraz sappia che è vicinissimo). Per le cose negative ce ne sono diverse. Prezzo un po' troppo alto e non è compresa la colazione che si paga a parte. Personale poco formato per alcune cose. Al mio arrivo non mi sono stati detti gli orari della colazione e nemmeno la password Wifi. Arrivato in camera non ho trovato nessuna informazione per l'aria condizionata e sul suo funzionamento finché per puro caso ho scoperto che bisognava alzare un piccolo pannello per modificare o spegnere l'aria (nemmeno questo mi era stato detto). Per finire, non sapendo se c'era il servizio in camera (anche in questo caso nessuno foglio informativo) ho chiamato la reception e mi è stato detto, in maniera poco chiara, che c'era ma nessuno sapeva il menù e che sarei dovuto scendere e chiedere io al ristorante. A quel punto ho rinunciato ed ho mangiato altrove per tempi stretti. Hotel che necessità molti miglioramenti perché il prezzo alto non vale quello che poi si ottiene. Valutate bene. Se avrò occasione ci tornerò per vedere se è cambiato qualcosa
