位置很偏。早上 8 點就可以入住，但是被經理要求等待兩個小時，要了20 美元后才讓我們入住。後來找到大堂經理投訴，經理給妥善解決了，除了退還 20 美元和口頭道歉後，沒別的表示歉意的行為。還讓我們手寫了事發經過。

房間很不錯，酒店很安靜，沙灘很美，遊樂設施不多適合躺平。包的餐食很不錯，中國胃也覺得好吃。我們是自駕，酒店進出都有檢查，離馬特魯景點1個小時車程。

這個價錢實在是太實惠了，我就又入住了一晚，酒店的晚餐不是自助是可以按菜單選的，味道湊合，勝在份量大，淡季沒有遊客蠻開心

このホテルに行くには交通手段が限られます。 アレクサンドリアからUBERで約３時間半、現地通貨で1400、ホテルからマルサマトルーフまではUBERが使えず、仕方がなくタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、45分ほど、料金は600かかりました。またフロントでの配車時に意思疎通が上手くいかず、非常に不快な思いをしました。近くにタクシーがいないようなので、呼ぶのにかなり時間もかかりますので1時間以上前に配車の依頼をすることをおすすめます。周辺には何もなく、ホテル敷地内でプールと海を楽しみたいのであれば別ですが、ホテルからマルサマトルーフへの観光を考えているのであれば、往復のタクシー代や移動時間を考慮すると、マルサマトルーフのホテルに滞在する方が良いと思います。時期的なものもあるかもしれませんが、ビーチは波が強く、泳いだり、子供が遊ぶには不向きであると感じました。部屋は綺麗ですが、アメニティなどはベーシックなもののみです。水以外の部屋のドリンクなども別途料金が掛かります。オールインクルーシブではありません。夕食は宿泊代金に含まれていましたが、飲み物は水のみでほかのソフトドリンクやコーヒーにも追加料金が掛かります。

Everything was wonderful. Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner. And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back next week already!

馬特魯港度假首選酒店，有最長且乾淨的私家長白沙灘。周邊正在修建的都是Jaz集團下的酒店搭理得很乾凈。酒店服務也很好，床品舒適。是來埃及酒店體感最舒服，柔軟如絲綢一般。離城有些遠，打車要200埃及磅到300埃及磅，完全是世外桃源般的感覺。度假推薦。也可以包車去馬特魯主要海灘景點。目前酒店門口沒有出租車，建議馬特魯市區到達以後聯繫好相關行程再讓司機送到酒店。

Location incantevole Siamo stati una settimana con la famiglia in questo splendido resort. Piscina enamorme direttamente sulla spiaggia, mare cristallino e animazione molto presente e organizzata. Servizi della struttura ottimi : pulizia eccellente di tutti gli spazi, un particolare encomio al nostro responsabile del piano Ahmad El Komy che è sempre stato a disposizione per ogni evenienza e ha reso la vacanza veramente rilassante.
