"Fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The room was as advertised very spacious, clean and included everything we needed. The surrounding pools and seated areas were relaxing and really added to the time at the hotel. The daily cleaning was done quickly and to high standard, left some lovely towel art that didn’t go unnoticed. Would absoloutly stay again one of my best hotel stays ever."

"Hotel Zamna is a beautiful oasis in the heart of lovely Mérida. My wife and I stayed there twice, in February 2022 and February 23. Trip advisor would not let me indicate these dates. I had to indicate February 2025. Rosío and José are fabulous , friendly and welcoming hosts. All of the detailed posts here are spot on. One thing the comments did not mention was the interesting and world wide guests that you will meet at breakfast or in the pool. I now have an interesting "pen pal" - or now email pal from London. I would not stay anywhere else in Mérida."

"Meillä oli suuri oleskelu Viva Mérida. Kiinteistö on hyvin puhdas, Huoneet ovat tilaavia. Jäämme viikon, henkilöstö oli fantastinen majoittumaan pyyntöjä koko ajan täällä. Syötettävä aamiainen on antelias . Se on lähellä kaikkia keskuksen pääpisteitä ja kävelykelpoinen heidän ruokapiiriin. Varmasti hieman kiveä jäädä, jos olet kaupungissa."

"Mikä super hotelli! Mitä me rakasti: Sijainti - 20 min kävely pääpiirtämässä, 2 min alussa pääavenue kuvattu Champs Elysee of Merida. Lähes useimmat asiat, vielä tarpeeksi kaukana rauhallisuutta - niin hiljaa. Hotelli - erittäin boutique, huoneet kaunis, tuntui kuin olisit maaseutuoasiassa! Henkilöstö - ehdottomasti fantastista, ei voinut tehdä tarpeeksi sinulle. Liittymällä kahvila - wow, todellinen korostaminen. Miksei 5* arvostelu? Koska äskettäin sato, moskiitit olivat kaikkialla. Ensimmäinen aamiainen oli ihanassa talon. Se oli kaunis ja aamiainen upea. Kuitenkin voimme kirjaimellisesti nähdä moskiittien kiehuvan ja sinä yönä, me kaikki löysimme useita bittejä. Ehkä meidän syytä puuttumisesta riittävän repellentti, vaikka myöhemmin aamiaiset olivat kahvilassa vieressä ovessa - ja wow, niin hyvä. Näin, suositus hotellille - tehdä tämä 6* arvostelu, tehdä aamiainen kahvilassa koko ajan, kiitos!!!! Tai ainakin kun riskin moskiitit ovat korkealla. Toivottavasti 4* ei heittä ketään pois, tämä on ihana hotelli, mutta toivottavasti tämä rehellinen tarkastelu on hyödyllinen."
