"Uima-allas on mukava ja hotelli sijaitsee muutaman korttelin päässä keskellä kaupungin tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Paras osa tästä kokemuksesta oli hotellin henkilöstö. Ne olivat erityisen apua ja ystävällistä. Aina valmiina auttamaan mitä tarvitset. Ainoa valitus, jonka minulla on, on puhdistus huoneessa. Oli pölyä joissakin osissa huoneen ja levyt eivät olleet hyvin puhtaita. He eivät muuttaneet niitä. Lisäksi, kynsit eivät ole mukavia. Mutta loput hotelli ei ole huono hinnalla. Nukuin hyvin, ak toimii hyvin."

"Very bad reception service, they give you the wrong room, they changed our room 3 times and in the end they didn't give us the one we paid for, they gave us one at a lower price, and the management never attended to us, we asked for breakfast at the hotel and they told us about the app but we told them that it said it was paid at the hotel and they didn't resolve it for us The pool was dirty, it was obvious that they didn't clean it Bathroom with ceilings in poor condition Cockroaches come out"

"Beautiful hotel with an extremely attentive staff. Every staff member went beyond expectations! Bravo to them. The breakfast was outstanding. The pool area was lovely place to cool down and to just relax after a busy sightseeing day. It was our first time to Mérida and we enjoyed exploring the city. It is an easy walk to the main plaza, museums and “restaurant row”- Calle 47. We especially liked the Maya museum/Antropology museum which is north of the main plaza. The WiFi is spotty in the rooms and sometimes nonexistent, but you could get WiFi in the common areas My only complaint/concern is the parking lot next door that they advise you to park. The parking lot is down a short driveway to an “abandoned hotel”. The driveway itself is littered with broken toilets, tires, and other misc trash. The parking lot in front of the “hotel” is equally as bad and homeless people sleep in the rooms. We were freaked out when we first drove in and parked. But the staff put us at ease and we realized abandoned buildings are something Mérida is trying to deal with. We always felt safe. However, I do think Decu hotels could hold some responsibility and help to clean up the parking lot (at least somewhat!). Be part of the solution for Mérida. The cost of the hotel stay was quite pricey- some of this price could be applied towards clean up of your suggested parking."

"What a great little capsul hostel. It’s a little way from the main areas in Merida, but only a 10-15 min walk, so fine overall. The place it spotlessly clean. You get towel and bedding. The doors in the capsule lock which is great for a sense of security and they are very private. The aircon can be a bit aggressive so ask for a blanket which they have. I don’t have the waffles in the end, but I smashed the free coffee and tea ! Staff were soo very welcoming and kind to me. I would highly recommend this accommodation either for a short or long stay. Get it booked !"

"Location 10 minutes from the historic center and the cathedral ... so excellent! Unfortunately ... the hotel was not to our liking! The dirty room, without toilet paper. a "master suite" ... only in name. Without a minimum of privacy and / or comfort. Not recommended."
