"We had a stay between the 20th and 25th September (5 nights) with the All Inclusive option. On the 2nd night there was moderate rain with thunder, and a reasonable amount of water appeared inside the apartment (kitchen area) which flooded part of the kitchen and living room (right above the electrical panel). We tried calling reception several times and no one answered, so we had to go to reception in person, in the rain. At reception, they said that they were unable to resolve the problem, they had no free rooms and that we were not the only ones in the same situation. They gave us some towels to contain the flood, ourselves. After our complaint, this matter was never addressed by them again and there were no justification. We were never able to access a pool towel, and on the first day we were told that they could have them the next morning but that there were very few, this is not acceptable for a 4star hotel. The All Inclusive concept in this hotel is more realistic as Full Board + Drink. There is only 1 employee for bar service + table service + cleaning the area itself. The All Inclusive information they gave us on the reception was different from what is displayed in the bar and what is currently practiced. On the last day, a bar employee (the first time we were served by her) tells us that we can order any meal to take away, if we are not staying at the hotel (information that was never given to us at reception, even though we had asked which includes All Inclusive). For us, not a 4 * hotel."

"Loar on kolmenlaisia majoitusta - hotelli/sviitettä yhdessä rakennuksessa ja huoneistot ja studiot on viereinen rakennus. rakennukset ovat saumattomat maanpäällä, mutta erilliset hissit palvelun molemmat rakennukset. Olemme yhdessä makuuhuoneessa, jossa on parveke tarpeeksi iso kaksi tuolia niin suuri katsella paikallisten ja heidän perheidensä tuloja ja kävelyä ja mitä oli tapahtunut neliössä. 12 huoneistoa on ulkona edessä parvekkeita, kun taas studiot edessä takapuolella. Mielestäni on lisäkustannuksia, että on asunnon, koska vietämme oikeudenmukaista aikaa vain nauttia kaupungin ilmapiiri. En tiedä hotellihuoneista, koska me paljon suosimme huoneiston tilaa ja joustavuutta kokata omia ateriat ja snacks. Korostaa kattoterassi näköalalla, loungeissa, kaunis uima-allas ja jacuzzi. On myös sisällä lämmitetty uima-allas, joka oli hieman vaikea päästä, ellei ravintola oli avoin ainoa tapa oli spiraali tulipalo. Voidakseen valita, mikä uima-allas oli todellinen hoito ja meillä oli pääasiassa katto terassi itsellemme. Kaupunki itse ei ollut todellisia must-see turisteille, mutta se oli mukava pohja tutkia saari. Vaikka Loar ei tarjoa pysäköintipaikan löysimme aina tilaa muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan. On tarpeeksi paikkoja syömään ja juomaan kolmen kunnollisen kokoiset supermarketit, teurastamo ja kalasenkeli, jos haluat kokata. On melko yllättävää, että on niin suuri rakennus sisäkaupungissa, mutta se näytti melko kiireinen ja baari & ravintola oli suosittu. Olen varma suositella Loar ja Ferreries. Pysyminen keskuskaupungissa toimi hyvin meille. Älä epäröi pysäyttää juustotuottaja, joka on merkitty kaikkialla. Mahon juusto on erinomainen."

"Just back from an 8 night all inclusive stay in a swim up room. I can honestly say it’s been one of the most relaxing holidays for a long time. The hotel is beautiful, modern and well set out. Every area was spotless and staff were maintaining things constantly. The room was comfortable and having the swim up was a bonus as it was so hot. The food we found to be a good standard and varied - when people state it isn’t it always makes me wonder what they have at home! The location is a little bit out but we went to Mahon in a taxi twice and loved it. The biggest asset is the staff. Absolutely amazing. Polite, courteous and always attentive. I’d like to give a big shout out to Noa, who greeted as you entered the restaurant. What a lovely person. Also Jessica, Macarena and Sergio. The reception staff to would go above and beyond and always pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, quiet break. We will definitely return."
