Excellent location on Spencer Street ,just opposites the Southern Cross Station,so easy to get around by foot or public transport.eg: Flinders street Station,Swanston Street for all kinds of foods ,China Town ... Staffs there are all nice and friendly . Best point for my this trip is onsite car parking .It is great for people driving in!

Given a room without a window. Apparently the Annex rooms are mostly no windows. Check in staff with absolutely no warmth or smile. Overload with work or join the wrong industry. Check in the front office with a high security screen, like walking into a bank or exchange counter. First and last experience.

房間不大不小，酒店的設施一般般吧，配套的東西也不算很全面，沒有牙刷沒有牙膏，關鍵衞生需要額外付款費用進行打掃，更換的毛巾需要去樓下自行領取，洗衣房需要走到隔壁樓的地庫裏去清洗，後面覺得太遠了，就自己洗了，但總得來説，價格還是比較合理的，離 skybus 站也非常近，一日遊的起點就在樓下總體來説還是可以的

チェックインの時のレセプションの方の対応がとても良かった！フロアスタッフの方の対応もとてもよく快適に過ごせた。ロケーションも駅から近く観光と買い物にとても便利だったので、今後もぜひ利用したいしオススメできるところ！

地理位置很棒，離Southern Cross火車站很近，門口也有很多tram可以坐。墨爾本市中心也小，走路到市中心任何地方都方便。附近也有Coles超市，711，吃飯買東西都很方便。設施是弱了一些，但價格便宜啊，還要什麼自行車？服務很熱情，耐心。房間裏的被子是毯子，但應該不是毛毯。

Great location, only 2-minute's walk from Southern Cross station. The room is more spacious than shown in the photos on the hotel's website.

바닥이 누를때 삐기덕 거리고 ㅠ 화장실이 생각보다 조금은 낡았었어요 가성비로는 엄청 좋지만 그래도 조금은 아쉬웠다? 그런거 많이 따지는 준이면 딴데 가시길
