"From the minute one of the staff members collected us from our taxi to the minute we left the Riad, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They offered advice on where to eat and what to see and always responded with a smile. We stayed in one of the more expensive rooms which was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful. Riad Louhou has a lovely roof terrace but if you are intending to stay here in the height of summer please be aware that there are only three sun loungers available. The time of year that we visited it wasn’t an issue but it is nice to have the option of a lazy day by the pool if needed. We had such a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely recommend and return. Thank you to all the wonderful staff."

"It’s a beautiful designed hotel, well located in a nice area with shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff, great swimming pools and beautiful gardens. Only con was check in. When a arrived in my jogging outfit and tired, no one of the staff offered to help me with my luggage. I guess because I wasn’t looking fancy, but that shouldn’t matter since I’m still a customer. Also at the check-in there were 4 staff members and one helping the clients in the queue. After 15 minutes one of the staff members asked the others to help the clients waiting for the checkin, this must be improved. But it didn’t effect my stay. I stayed a week with my daughter and we had a really nice stay."
