If you like waiting this place is for you! Whilst most of the staff are friendly, there is a serious lack of urgency in their service. Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait. This is quite a surprise given the number of staff working - it is unbelievably painful to see plenty of resource around, yet all lack a sense of urgency and ooze inefficiency.

商務出差，但是花園和泳池的環境太舒服了，讓人心情一下子好了，設施有點舊，但不影響睡個好覺。馬拉喀什整體還是安全的，可以打車，就是要事先談好價格。

Hotel is old witb nice location. However, check in and breakfast usually have long lines. Elevators are not working properly for 5 star hotel. Bathroom draining and odour are terrible. I haven’t expected this situation for 5star hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially ZOUHAIR in breakfast service.

應該還是很不錯的酒店，衹是去往前台指示不明確，拖着行李上下好幾級樓梯很累很累，也沒看到有服務員幫忙

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Mövenpick pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage, et nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel a été d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et attentionné. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre ce moment vraiment spécial pour nous, avec de délicates attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchés. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et parfaitement propre, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était un véritable festin : varié, délicieux et d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Un vrai plaisir de commencer la journée ainsi ! Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et beaucoup de gratitude envers toute l'équipe. Merci au Mövenpick pour cet accueil et ce service impeccable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"
