特別好！給升了別墅房，一個房間就像一個宮殿，酒店的花園比景點還美。免費接送機的車都很豪華，航班行李延誤管家和前台幫忙給機場打電話催行李，最後順利拿到，非常感謝！如果趕上價格合適，真的非常推薦體驗一下文華東方！

Un endroit vraiment confortable où l'on se sent immédiatement à l'aise, avec une atmosphère agréable, calme et reposante. Le service est accessible, rapide et très professionnel. Merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil chaleureux, et une mention spéciale à Al-Yazidi pour son hospitalité et son attention. Bravo également pour la cuisine, pleine de saveurs et de raffinement – un vrai régal ! Une expérience exceptionnelle que je recommande vivement. 5/5 pour un Day Pass inoubliable que je n’hésiterai pas à renouveler.

We stayed here in early March and Ahmed was very helpful and kind. Anyone would be lucky to be under his care. Thank you for a memorable stay, Ahmed! The hotel is quite lovely and I can highly recommend the villa with a private pool! We were just two traveling, but this villa with 2 bed/2bath would be perfect for a family with kids. Totally enclosed and private; great stay!

Nous avons passé une journée exceptionnelle grâce au Day Pass. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande chaleur par M. Lyazidi, dont le professionnalisme et l’attention ont marqué notre expérience. Grâce à lui, tout s’est déroulé dans les meilleures conditions. Les installations sont impeccables, le cadre est relaxant, et le service tout au long de la journée a été irréprochable. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse. Une parenthèse de détente que nous n’hésiterons pas à renouveler !

We had a wonderful time at the brunch. A big thank you to the pool team for their professionalism. Despite the high attendance, the service remained impeccable and attentive. Excellent stay with our two young boys at the MO Marrakech, the resort is stunning and the villa also was incredible. The staff and service faultless throughout, all the staff were excellent with our children too. They did a couple of hours in the Kasbah daily, they made pottery, bread, baking and also mosaics they absolutely loved it! Special mentions to our butler Saad who was excellent and l Ly Azidi who looked after us so brilliantly at our multiple visits to the pool garden restaurant and breakfast. We will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful rénovâtes villas and amazing lunch by the pool We had villa 33. All attention to détails and room aménités just perfect Kids club is a dream. Gym as well. Of course it’s give stars price but all worth every penny. The GM is top as well!!!

A truly wonderful stay in every sense of the word! The suite, the pool, Ling Ling... everything was perfect, including the breakfast. A big thank you to the restaurant team, especially Taha and Lyazidi, for their warm welcome and outstanding service. Les jardins luxuriants et la villa ultra moderne nous a offert un séjour féerique. Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant. La restauration est délicieuse . Et le chef concierge est au petit soin pour organiser un séjour sur mesure .exceptionnel !!!!

Notre séjour au Mandarin Oriental a été tout simplement magique. L’architecture de l’hôtel est splendide, notre villa avec piscine était luxueuse et paisible, et le service irréprochable. Les villas sont tout simplement exceptionnelles. Un immense merci à notre majordome Saad, parfait en tout point, ainsi qu’à Moussad du restaurant, pour sa gentillesse et son attention. La cuisine était divine, chaque plat un véritable voyage. La salle de sport, la piscine principale et toutes les infrastructures étaient impeccables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié que l’équipe sécurise notre piscine privée à notre demande pour notre bébé. Ce séjour restera l’un de nos plus beaux souvenirs hôteliers, et nous espérons sincèrement pouvoir revenir en octobre. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !
