"Brand new boutique hotel, very clean and functional rooms with balcony and small kitchen. Close to a hospital and to the Olympic stadium, and to a few caffès and kiosks with water, drinks and snacks. Breakfast buffet was nice, prepared on premises, fresh, with quite some options for the size of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff leaves a very good impression from arrival to departure. Will stay there again for sure if I travel to Greece again."

"They are small apartments where the bedroom is spacious and also comfortable, the entrance is so and the bathroom is practically claustrofobici with a 40 cm washing for 20 that you can't even wash your teeth Please wash your face The structure inside is old with pieces that disappear and breakfast is almost very claustrophobic! The staff is quite neutral, but I personally would not advise him!"

"Most of the hotel is a building site. The room was 27 degrees all night and the aircon didn't work windows didn't open more than a few inches. They did not have any fans. They did try to give me another room (also no aircon) but it smelt strongly of cigarettes. There was a very large hole in the ceiling of my room covered by a grill - slightly worrying. Walls are thin and you can hear others talking and TVs. You can't add items to the room - you have to pay upfront, even the hotel cost. Booked for 3 nights but would have left 10 mins after arrival the if it wasn't so late. Only after a huge fight with reception they refunded me for the 2 nights I hadn't stayed and 165 euro for the 1 night. This should be a cheap hotel aimed at young travellers on a budget - definitely not business guests. If you are moved here from the Civitel Olympic which has recently closed - steer clear!"

"Very pleasant stay at Athens Habitat hotel. Located on a quiet street, our room was clean, had a small kitchen area and two large balconies. Air con worked really well. Breakfast was an added bonus as we didn’t realise it was included in the room price. Maria on Reception was really nice and friendly. As was the lady who serves the breakfasts. Both offered warm and sincere smiles. Outside the hotel you’ll see the a number of resident tortoises which live at the hotel and a fed regularly. A lovely feature at a nice, pleasant hotel."
