Villa Senaydin

We booked this hotel simply because of the location, it's central to everything, 2 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the main road and a lovely 15-20 minute walk to the old town, as central as we was when we went to bed and closed the doors to the balcony you couldn't hear anything. The room was perfect for what we needed, 2 fairly comfortable beds pushed together to make a big double, shower room was great, plenty of hot water, we had a kettle and a fridge. Balcony was lovely enough for a coffee in the morning and it had a little airer as well which was a bonus. The people who ran the hotel are lovely, they was polite, nothing was to much trouble and they made us feel very welcome. We used our hotel simply for getting changed in, showering and sleeping, its not The Ritz and its just a great little hotel.

Myself and my husband visited this hotel in July when we stayed for a week. The hotel staff were polite and friendly and helped us with any enquiries that we had during our stay. The location is incredible - literally a couple of minutes off the front and right next to Blue Port. We were also close to other shops, a taxi rank and supermarkets so this was perfect. We were on the second floor and there are no lifts, for us this wasn't a problem (and the staff were kind enough to help us with our bags), however for anyone with mobility issues this could be a concern. The rooms themselves are very basic but the beds were clean and comfortable and cleaners came in daily. You have a small fridge and kettle so this was great for storing any drinks (they also have these available to buy downstairs). We paid extra for air conditioning upon arrival (it is clearly stated that it is an additional charge) and were very glad that we did as it was scorching. Our room had a small balcony which we could see the sea from which was a lovely touch. We didn't eat/drink here but saw signage saying about what was available. Our only real gripe was that we struggled with the WiFi in our room, obviously not a major thing by any means but if you're reliant on this I'd suggest renting a WiFi box. Ultimately we went for a cheap and cheerful stay and whilst this isn't the most luxurious stay we have no complaints for the cost.

Great location , close to the Blue Port shopping center and restaurants. Clean hotel with welcoming hosts. The rooms are dated . Old television and carpet. The bathroom looks like it's been updated . Plenty of hot water and a good shower . Small balcony but comfortable. Quiet area at night . Breakfast could have a bit more variety. That said we would definitely stay again . Very reasonable rates .
