If I could give this place zero stars I would! We had no cleaner for a 12 night stay and it felt like we had to beg for clean towels every few days it was a nightmare! The shower was the most unhygienic thing I have ever come across it is probably cleaner bathing in a river! Each new day I woke up with differnt bites indicating bed bugs I have never been bitten whilst being away but whilst staying here I was covered in them, I was once searching for something in my room and reached under the bed to find a dirty let’s say “used” tissue marinating under there for god knows how long! On my second night I came down with the most aggressive illness known to man which I would definitely blame it on the dirtiness of the hotel which lasted the whole of my stay , if your planning on booking here change your plans !!!!!

Nice and friendly staff.. but the rooms are disappointing, shower tray flooding the whole toilet floor, fittings for shower hose broken, wardrobe handles missing, balcony light not working. Cleaner came in every 4 days. Breakfast only catered for locals.

This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! So start it all off the dissapointment of the room was so high, doesn’t look like the pictures at all, the bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheets were filthy with blood stains on the first lot and white stains everywhere on the second lot after asking if we can have them changed! We stayed there for 1 week and only had our room cleaned once, the fridge was filthy, sink looked rank, open fuse box which is a hazard, tv was rubbish and the cleaner just leaves rubbish around the hotel on each floor. The worst part of all this! When we had our room cleaned money was stolen and medication and when we reported it to the manager he said he 100% trusts his staff and didn’t even take it any further and also tried changing the subject by saying that the cleaner said our room was messy (well it’s gonna be messy coz no one has cleaned it) and also it’s besides the point. He also mentioned that the cleaner prays 5 times a day! She probably prays that many times for every wallet she steals! Our shower was rank and cold, smelt like sewage in our bathroom and when I mentioned about it to manager he didn’t even care and said always smells like it but I didn’t for the first 6 days we were there I would defo not be coming here again and I suggest no one else does either

I've been going to Marmaris for 35 years +. I've stopped in a lot of Hotels over the years. I can say without a doubt this is the dirtiest filtiest Hotel i've ever been in in the World. 54 steps to the 3rd floor 76yrs old no body to help carry luggage . I checked out after 2 nights and found my self another Hotel at my own cost for the other 19 nights of my stay. The worst thing about it I had friends i had booked to stay there coming the day after i got out. They only managed 6 hours before they got out , and what they said about the place is that there room was worse than mine if that was possible.

Arrive late was on the first floor. No lift which is not good for people in mobility issues. There was water on the shower room floor was reported the same night and again in the morning nothing was done about it. For the five nights we stayed there. There was a fridge in the room but it was broken and dirty. no hot water which several other guests reported. Beds were uncomfortable so were the pillows. No cleaning and we had to ask for clean towels.. air conditioning was on 27° all the time we were there again reported but nothing was done. Tv useless and no signal The only thing I can say about this place is the location 😮‍💨

just back from 15 night stay at the Reis Maris hotel Marmaris we got a room on 1st floor back of the hotel there is no lift so if your on the 3rd floor you will struggle if you have walking problems, the room was small had one bedside table one small wardrobe with 2 broken hangers no cabinets with drawers to put your socks underwear shorts and tee shirts in had to live out the suitcase we had a 12" TV on wall which didnt work and a very old small fridge in room but it worked, the bathroom had a shower cubicle but the shower tray leaked water onto the bathroom floor the shower hose was detached from the wall and lay on the floor but we had hot water the air conditioning was good and it was free, the maid came in nearly everyday cleaned the room and left fresh towels, the breakfast was turkish not great but adequate no fruit last few days, the swimming pool has steps from the path outside so its open to anyone sunbeds old and poor and very dirty round the pool they dont clean the area i wudnt recommend this hotel to anyone i wud say its on par with a £15 a night B+B in blackpool very poor hotel,

Our room was lovely, air conditioned, and the maid came in regular to clean and with towels. The guys on reception were fantastic. The pool area was clean and relaxing to be round. No complaints. Hotel situated in middle off main strip in marmaris, the beach a stone throw away. We will be back again next year.....

Arrived after 1 in the morning to the hotel Room had no electricity . Man a reception was rude and did not want to do anything. He check fuse box and the trip was gone. Tried to turn on bathroom light and electric went again.light and connection hanging out of ceiling. I could feel insect's crawling over me. For Health and safety reasons could not stay and left.
