The animation team is very friendly, especially Bugy. The attention shown both at the hotel and at the nightclub was very good. When I come to Türkiye again, I will choose this hotel to have fun. Thank you for everything. See you next year. Bugy

Очень понравился отель. Покупайте все включено так как это вам откроет доступ к бару где каждый вечер музыка танцы и даже караоке. Я так кайфанул, Сара и Суде девочки которые работают тама, очень веселые и общительные. Мы даже подружились персоналом. Кстати очень отзывчивый персонал. Они мне даже помогли с выводом денег. В целом 10/10.

“Tatilimizin en güzel parçası Sudenaz’dı!” İsla Panorama’daki tatilimiz boyunca her şey harikaydı ama açık ara en unutulmaz olan şey Sudenaz’ın enerjisi ve içtenliği oldu. Animasyon ekibinde yer alıyor ama yaptığı iş kesinlikle bundan çok daha fazlası. Her yaş grubuyla iletişimi o kadar güzel ki, çocuklar onu çok sevdi, biz yetişkinler de onun sayesinde hem eğlendik hem rahatladık. Her sabah güler yüzüyle karşımıza çıkması, gün boyu dinmeyen enerjisi ve akşam şovlarındaki profesyonelliği gerçekten hayranlık uyandırıcıydı. Bize kendimizi özel hissettirdi, sanki yıllardır tanıdığımız biri gibiydi. Özellikle çocuklara gösterdiği ilgi harika! Otelde birçok güzel anı biriktirdik ama Sudenaz gibi içten, çalışkan ve enerjisiyle fark yaratan bir çalışanla tanışmak bu tatilin en güzel sürpriziydi. Umarım emeğinin karşılığını fazlasıyla alır, çünkü gerçekten fazlasını hak ediyor! 👏

Avoid at all costs❌❌❌❌ Hello I'm messaging to hopfully get a refund for this disgraceful holiday to Turkey that I have just been on with yourself to isla panaroma in marmaris. We arrived at the hotel, to a reception absolutely full of Bulgaria students and no receptionist that could speak English after nearly 1 hour of waiting we eventually got someone that could speak to us and we checked in, got shoved in an apartment over the road not even connecting to the hotel, it's was disgusting, mouldybathroom and a mouldy sofa bed, mouldy toilet roll , door locks that didn't work no air con remote no towels,no bedding and the room was absolutely filthy, also there was 5 of us in our apartment with only 1 double bed and 2 signle beds. We paid £5000 for a family holiday with 5 kids and got up in morning and went too the pool and this is what we found .. see photo attached bricks and an empty derelict pool!! They also didn't accommodate for any childrens food on there all inclusive menus apart from chips (for breakfast dinner and tea) also pink uncooked chicken, we spent over 2300 extra eating out breakfast dinner and tea for a week! This hotel is an absolute health hazard and should not be fit for people to sleep in. It is advertised on your website as a family resort with entertainment though the day and night with a kids pool and slides and this was deffo not the case, there was not one game or song played untill i had to ask for misic around the pool. We also took the children to the hotel park where we found broken fences which behind them was a 4 foot drop, holes in the ground where the slide was situated, fences fallen down near the park equpitment (please see attached photos). I have been to Turkey numerous times and have never ever experienced anything like it ! I advise that all trips booked to this hotel are ammeded and people to book elsewhere i would like someone to contact me by phone after they have seen these images, it's not fit for animals to live in!! Never-mind people.

Beautiful hotel and really nice personel The bar has a wide choice of both alcoholic and non-alcoholik drinks and the bartenders are always happy to make you one(or more) In My opinion the food here is Amazing theres always plenty of tasty dishes to choose The entertaiment team is very friendly and surely wont allow you to be bored I hope to Come back as soon as i can

Her şey gerçekten çok güzeldi, odaların temizliği, yemekler, personeller ve animasyon şahane! Personeller çok güler yüzlü. Özellikle Animasyon ekibi çok eğlenceli. Çeşit çeşit yemekler vardı. Hangisini yiyeceğimizi bilemedik yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Gelecek seneye tekrar görüşürüz Isla Panorama!
