We have just spent a week here mustafa & ken are lovely guys look after they customers my kids enjoyed the pool closes at 6.30 but they don’t mind and let you stay inside till late the food is lovely the hotel rooms are spacious & ideal for a family i would 💯 come & stay here again & would highly recommend to all thank you guys

Just returned from a week stay at the Mehtap. Paid for air-con on arrival. WiFi free and an excellent connection. Rooms a bit dated, but great size and cleaned every day. The breakfast is not the best, with milk for the cereal left out and well off in the heat. However, toast, coffee and juice machine provided, so more than enough for a quick bite. Pool area complete with slide is the integral part of this hotel. Plenty of sun beds, absolutely immaculate, loads of inflatables left by previous guests for great fun in the sun. At the bar, you wont find a cheaper pint of Efes anywhere else in Marmaris! Plus the pool table is FREE! Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The Cansel Supermarket next door also has an air pump and will inflate your floats for free! Overall, a great little hotel. Authors of previous negative reviews, I feel always forget this is a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star mega resort and you will always get what you pay for. The Mehtap punches above for a 3 star hotel, is definitely value for money and well worth a stay.

Had the best time at Mehtap Family Hotel. Mustafa was an angel we had an issue with the room when we arrived it was a twin and bit a double this was fixed the next day to a beautiful room with a double bed and huge balcony the cleaners were lively so kind and caring our room was spotless every day with fresh towels which are fab they are huge! All the staff were lovely and welcoming Ken was so lovely attentive and a genuine nice guy food and drinks were lovely. Breakfast was ok but its free so can't complain the juice and coffee were good. No matter what time of day you could get a sunbed around the pool which is rare nowadays the vibe is nice and chill and the location is fantastic so close to everything. Highly recommend this place to everyone can't wait to go back!

Stayed here for 10 night's we found the hotel and staff nice and friendly the lads eddie and Ken couldn't do enough for us always happy and having good banter. We laughed most of our holiday there was 5 of us. Breakfast is ok pretty basic but we managed we dident have breakfast everyday though. The rooms were kept spotless the maids did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for any one here they were always there to help all the staff are great. I will definitely return to this hotel. Its a shame there's no lift for people with mobility issues. Great service great food and drinks. The onsite gift shop is also a little gem had some good bargains from there and again the owners are lovely.

Staff are lovely and very friendly they are helpful and such a good team Eddie and Ken were great I would definitely return here this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in marmaris and great food also hotel rooms are kept really clean top tips to the maids here too would definitely recommend this place

My stay at the Metap was one to remember, friendly people met many friends and made lots of memories. Memories and friends for life. Staff were amazing went above and beyond to meet all needs. Great location , would definitely recommend and go back. Thank you all at Metap Demora 💋

WE ARRIVED ON THE 8TH WE WAS SHOWN TO OUR ROOM WHICH WAS A106 OUR BALCONY OVERLOOKED THE STREET WHICH WAS GREAT FOR PEOPLE WATCHING ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE STAIRS DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES AND HAD ASKED FOR LOW FLOOR WITH POOL VIEW IT WAS UP 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS BUT WE MANAGED , PLENTY OF SUN LOUNERS AROUND THE POOL . WE WERE BED BREAKFAST THE BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT ON THE CONTINETAL SIDE THERE WAS NO MEATS WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE SO YOU COULD HAVE HAD A MEAT OMLETE ETC AS THERE IS A COOK THAT MAKES CHEESE OMLETES WE MENTIONED THIS TO THE OWNER AND HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND THANKED US FOR OUR INPUT THE OWNER NAME WAS MUSTAFA VERY PLEASANT MAN AND MADE HIM SELF KNOWN TO EVEY GUEST VERY HELPFULL. AIRCON IS PAYABLE AND SO IS THE SAFE WHICH IS A GOOD IDEA FOR AIRCON AS IT WAS HOT , MAYBE LOOK AT DOING A DEAL IF YOU GET AIRCON YOU GET FREE SAFE , THE AREA WAS GREAT FOR LOCATION SHORT WALK TO THE STRIP AND BEACH PLENTBARS ETC AROUND . THE BED WAS VERY COMFY AND ROOM WAS CLEANED EVER DAY AND TOWELS CHANGED EVERY 2ND ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY CHEERFULL AND HELPFULL FROM THE FRONT OF HOUSE TO BAR AND RESTRANT STAFF AND CLEANERS WOULD WE RECOMEND THIS HOTEL YES WOULD WE RETURN YES WE WOULD AS SOON AS WE CAN . DO NOT HESTITATE TO BOOK SEE YOU SOON WE HOPE

We came here last year at the end of September and rebooked again for this year mainly because the location was so good as the food and service wasn’t great: However this year the hotel as massively improved, they have really made an effort, the food is fabulous drinks great and the service from staff is fantastic. The rooms are cleaned daily amd beds comfy and cleaning staff also lovely. Always pleanty of sunbeds round the pool and a friendly and fun atmosphere. The location is excellent for the beach, shops and restaurants. This hotel is suitable for friends couples and family’s there is some entertainment also with barbecue nights which we went to and really enjoyed it.. we will probably be returning in September. Thank you for a great holiday.

Çok keyifliydi, her açıdan keyif aldım. Hizmet çok iyiydi. İlk defa gittiğim bir yerdi ve kesinlikle devamı gelecek. Her şey çok kaliteli, hizmet çok iyiydi. Temizliği ve düzen, ve servisi ***et iyiydi. Yiyecek ve içeceklerin kalitesi de oldukça iyiydi. Oteli yorumlarından inceleyerek seçmiştim hiç de abartılmamış işini hakkıyla yapan insanlar sunum ve hizmet kalitesi için teşekkür ederim bir sonraki tatil planında görüşmek üzere
