Very nice beds, comfortable, helpful staff, especially the manager, he puts himself out to do everything he can for you. Everything you need for self catering, which we were. Excellent bar staff, already planning to book for next year. Ideal location

Basic rooms but staff so helpful and very friendly. For a budget hotel in a great location, you get what you pay for and I will most definitely return. Only downside I would say is the cleaning. Rubbish collected every day but actual cleaning was minimal. Still wouldn’t put me off returning 😊

Room never cleaned.toilet leaking and eventually water coming through ceiling before anyone would do anything.cock roaches clearly seem and there big.tv in room not working wall sockets faulty.health and safety are non exist.had to use the toilet in the lobby downstairs and that is not a very nice experience I'm telling you that.honestly don't stay here.

As a base it's ideal, five minutes to the beach and all shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly and laid back, It's cheap and cheerful, but in saying that, the cleanliness of rooms has a long way to go, we had to clean when we arrived, the toilet was absolutely disgusting, one sheet on the bed and a small runner which was dirty, it had definately not been cleaned, sheet not sheets was changed once in two weeks, room was cleaned once in two weeks, although they did knock our door the one day and ask if we had any rubbish!! Towels are supposed to be given every 4 days , we had to ask for them and then we were left two bath towels and one face towel to share, hygiene is definately not on the list. We had a foot towel to get out of the shower but it was not replaced after the towel change, we brought a tee towel and used that instead. The place is very run down and as for self catering, we didn't even have a plate in the cupboard, one pot, one saucer, three dishes, a single fried egg frying pan and a few mugs. Yes it was cheap and the rooms and balcony fair in size. But hygiene is paramount no matter where you stay and these problems are not hard to rectify. Cleanest part of this hotel are the motorbikes on display and the shop attached to the hotel and I must say the people who worked there were lovely and very welcoming.

For price paid bloody fantastic !!!! Try get room in main building … Bar lads are great .. Warning do not shop in supermarket next door !!!! Rip off make up prices !!! Avoid Shop at Bim just down road … left out of hotel Great holiday …. Lady on reception was brilliant..

Staff were either friendly or very rude and grumpy. (Anton was kicking the sunbeds around, moaning about people leaving suncream bottles under the beds). The cleaniness was shocking! Food crumbs were on the kitchen side, and an opened half used bottle of vape juice under the bed when we checked in. The floor was horrible to walk on, and our feet were always dirty. The green bedding cover was dirty. We had no bed sheet, only one flat pillow. Our room was never cleaned the whole time we stayed, our towels were never changed, and the towels were different sizes! The shower head wouldn't stay in the holder on the highest level, so had to hold the shower head to be able to shower. Had to keep asking for a toilet roll, and this was never replinished. Our bins were only emptied 2 times in the whole week we were there, and 1 of those I had to ask! We later found out you have to ask to have your room cleaned. (This information was never given to us. We just overheard others complaining while we were waiting for our transfer) The lighting in the rooms is poor, and the shower leaked. I will never stay at this hotel again regardless of the price. Lucky for us, we were out most days and only needed the hotel to sleep. However, that was tricky at times with people shouting at all hours, no aircon unless paid for. You have to pay for wifi. However, free wifi around the pool and bar. There is no lighting at all from lift to go out to the pool. It's very dark. Around the pool is hit and miss where to get sun it is very built up around so be mindful where you sit if you want sun all day. Floats were left around the pool for others to use which was nice however think this is just left over from guests. I went late in the season, so it could be the reason. However, the slide was hardly on, and when it was, it was for a short period only even if the kids were still playing. No shallow end to the pool.
