Grand Pasa Hotel

All of the staff at the resort are absolutely incredible they’re so lovely and will always come and have a chat with you ,they have entertainment by the pools everyday and also on the night , the dance shows were incredible and they are great to watch , staff are very fast at helping you with what you need and for me personally they we’re remembering my drink orders and other things about my stay which made the experience a lot more personal , If your thinking of getting tattoos while here i would 100% recommend it as the shop in the hotel is amazing , great prices all of the staff are lovely and chatty and the tattoos they do are incredible , i got 5 when i stayed here , the entertainment crew are amazing very funny and friendly people, connor , one of the entertainers was incredible while we stayed here. The housekeepers come to clean and replace everything you need every morning without fail , the location is great since it is only a 5-10 minute walk to a town , The only thing i can say badly is that i wish there were more of a variety for the food choices in the restaurant as most of the time it was the same type of things , and possibly offer more adult entertainment i would stay here again :)

Most of the younger male hotel staff were only interested in speaking to young attractive girls/women, completely ignoring us at the bars. We had the cleaners in twice during our stay, our choice as all they did was make up the beds and change the towels. There was dirt and dust on the floors from day one that were never cleaned, the bedside tables were uncleaned and drink stained, sticky, dirty and in poor condition. On the 4th floor lobby carpet lay a large dead beetle, 3 days after we first noticed it someone stood on it and when we left the hotel 4 days later it was still there. The bed blankets had dirty stains, the walls were covered in dirty marks and stains, wallpaper was peeling everywhere and there were moldy patches. The levels of light were ridiculous almost everywhere in the hotel but especially the -1 level lift locations which has zero working lights, the guest bedrooms and bathrooms were lit by what felt like 1 war bulbs. There was so much more wrong but to be honest i cannot be bothered to write anymore as it's just raising my blood pressure again. This was our 11th time in Marmaris/Icmeler and it was by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Oh, i forgot to mention the food. Serving the same thing for lunchtime and evening supper, usually cold, there were hardly any variations throughout our stay. The snack bar food was the same every single day, we tried the burgers, which were stone cold. Disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, go to TUI Blue Grand Azur, 1000% better hotel. Excellent hotel ! This is my second visit and I can’t fault anything in the hotel ! Special thanks to kamel in the dining room for his excellent service and saving my daughter’s jumper she left in there and the man on the fryer for always cooking for my fussy eater! You all made my holiday special ! Definitely recommend x

Outstanding hotel with great entertainment and food I do reccomend to any age and any group of people it’s amazing with the food and staff I really enjoyed staying here as it was a pleasure to meet everyone that was there please do visit us his hotel

What a great hotel first the entertainment was amazing 2 staff really stood out Becky and Connor I highly recommend this hotel as it has the best food best music and many many more . All the kids and adults was involved with every activity and you feel most welcomed

Cannot recommend Grand Pasa hotel Marmaris enough. They were all so friendly and helpful. Rahvan, Connor, Mehmet çobanoğlu, Besim and of course Ali the entertainer management. Food was delicious. Overall such a friendly family oriented hotel !!!!
