Özellikle ingiliz ve hollandalı turistlerin kaldığı yer. Genel olarak temizlik, odaların kalitesi herşey mükemmel. Sadece avrupalı yobazların saatin kaç olduğunun önemi olmadan davar gibi bağırmaları, sesli konuşmaları ve koridorda koşuşturmaları tüm konforun içine ediyor. Otel çalışanlarından bir kişi de susun demiyor. Gece uyuyamazsınız o kadar net söylüyorum.

Stayed a week here, people here very friendly, the hotel spotless, the guys work hard to look after you. Its a bit out from the busy town area bout 15 mins walk to the harbour and a bit of a trek to the other main shopping area just behind the main beach. Taxis not cheap, but you get a good size apartment, beds are comfy.

This was my 1st time in Marmaris and all I can say is I would come back in a heartbeat. The hotel / apartments are well kept, clean and very comfy. Woukd definitely early come back all the staff are very polite and helpful, especially the bar / poolside staff who put in the long hours and days to cater for everything you want with smiles on their face and still the energy to dance into the night thanks to John and his team the food is outstanding, especially the Fajitas can't recommend highly enough .

Before writing my review, I wanted to take a look at the comments, and the last one caught my attention. I'm writing based on the comment below the people who wrote it were staying right below me( ı think 308 ) I was staying in room 408 (upstairs), and while sitting on the balcony, I could hear their conversations. They were constantly complaining about everything. They are the kind of couples who would walk 10 minutes in 35°C heat to a store just to save 5 TL on water (even though 5 TL is nothing). Their voices could even be heard on my balcony . They have hidden their names, but after reading their review, I realized it was them :) I've been coming to this hotel twice a year with my family since 2020. It's not right to reflect something you personally didn’t like as if nobody is satisfied. Unfortunately, people do not hesitate to lie on social media to slander others, and writing this as if it were true is not ethical at all." Our room was also small, but they changed it when it became available. The hotel is very clean and suitable for families. In general we thought we had value for money, you do get what you pay for. The whole of the hotel was very clean and tidy, the cleaning staff are a credit to themselves. The pool area was always clean, never a rush for sunbeds, though this may of been the time of the season. We were aware of the charge for aircon and toilet rolls prior to leaving for our trip so that wasn’t a shock. The prices of drinks from the bar are inflated. In my opinion the hotel isn’t doing itself any favours by charging 183tl for a bottle of Efes when you can purchase the same from the local supermarket for 63tl. Maybe drop the prices slightly and you may get more custom. Be aware that you are not allowed to bring own food and drinks to the bar area. The bar staff can be a little pushy trying to sell drinks and food especially with new arrivals. Always double check your room tab before paying it. On the whole we had a good holiday, but would not return to Club KARAKAS

Recently came back from our family holiday to Club Karakaş (August ) We had a good time and the hotel was good enough but I don’t think I would revisit. Our room was spacious and had a very big balcony it was on the top floor and on the corner. Rooms are dated, but very clean and cleaned once daily although sheets and towels changed every 3 days, although used to fresh towels daily when away this was still very manageable. On arrival you have the option to buy access to air con in the rooms. Some rooms have newer units than others. Our room had 2 older air con units one in the bedroom and one in living area. The price was £8 per unit per day. On arrival it cost us around £150 for aircon which I thought is quite unreasonable. Air con is pretty unnegotiable given the high temperatures during August. Hotel needs better transparency at point of booking to convey this cost as it was quite a big issue amongst guests. Safety deposit boxes are available at a daily cost but are stationed in the reception area. Outdoor area around the pool is spotlessly clean and is meticulously cleaned every day. The pool is small and at full occupancy is pretty manic, varying music is played throughout the day. Pool entertainment from the staff happened for about 10 mins a day and consisted of them following a song with crude dance moves. The pool bar offers food throughout the day and a la carte in the evening. We never ate in the evening at the hotel so can’t really comment. The food in the day was satisfactory offering breakfast, salads, baguettes, pizzas and burgers. The drinks are quite expensive but food was reasonable our average bar bill spend a day around the pool was £60-70. They do also offer theme nights at an extra cost but we always decided to go into town as their main plenty to see and do. All drinks are served in glass bottles around the pool and multiple were broken on a daily basis around where kids were walking etc.. great for a beer but not so much for people walking around barefoot. The pool bar staff on the whole did a decent job but at times they were a bit inappropriate with the things they said and some of their actions. Downstairs there is a gym which is free to access and is actually pretty decent. There is also a pool table and table tennis which are very good and well maintained. They cost around £3.50 per use and we got bored before being told to come off! The walk to the seafront was a pleasant 10 min walk from the hotel. The beach is very nice, most places offer free sunbeds, kayaking, WiFi etc in exchange to buy drinks and food from them. The hotel is satisfactory and despite some Sticking points we managed to still have a very good time. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for as a base it was comfortable
