Club Anastasia - Family Hotel

Мы забронировали номер, но не смогли остановиться в этом отеле из-за ужасного запаха жженого пластика и бензина в номере. Отель не соответствует санитарным нормам. Администратор в отеле ведет себя неадекватно. Заселить в другие номера нас не смогла, документ о не заселении предоставить отказалась. Когда я достала телефон, чтобы зафиксировать факт нашего приезда и не заселения в отель, администратор убежала бегом. Крайне не рекомендую здесь что-либо бронировать.

W arrived at the hotel after midnight and the hotel is very beautiful at first glance. I was not happy a first with the self catering rooms as they were very outdated especially the bathroom. The staff at the front desk were lovely though and they offered to swap rooms but there wasn't any check outs until a day before I was to leave. My kids and I went out at 1am searching for bleach and cleaning products and spent 30 minutes cleaning especially the bathroom before we felt comfortable. The bathroom had the water going down so slowly in the drains it felt blocked. When using the shower and face basin the water filled up so easily. When showering you found yourself standing in water throughout! Sofa beds very hard but we slept well. I must say all the staff were lovely and friendly especially Dawn. I read so much reviews before I got there and she is definitely as described. She is so helpful with even the smallest task! I saw her trying to fix someone's glasses that were broken! The other staff was just as helpful too. Even the manager! He gave me a full refund for a floatie even though it was blown up. I was not aware that self catering [first time doing this] meant no toiletries for instance shower gels provided, and we had to buy everything except toilet paper. For a family of 4 this was costly I must say. You have to be careful as everything adds up. Best to buy in stores than small shops as they price differently and sometimes you get the impression they add to the cost without your knowledge. Pool was very clean and I actually saved a kids life! There is 2 main pools but the smaller one has only steps to one side. A child, who can swim mind you, went to the other side and was having difficulties but could not find anything to hold onto! She went down at least twice before I called out to someone to help her. Her mother who was sunnning herself had to rescue her. I didn't see a lifeguard! Kept panicking at my son afterwards that he got frustrated I wouldn't allow him too far. I think the pool should definitely have better steps around all the sides to prevent something like this again. Back to the rooms, the cleaning ladies were so sweet and friendly. They were so kind and offered towels when asked and extra blankets. Buying food from the hotel is a cheaper option as well is self catering at least twice a night. I must add that I was scammed by a apparent tour guide on the shuttle drive to the hotel! His name was Pasca. He charged me £40 quid each for 2 adults and 2 children for a boat trip and I found out afterwards the trip was only £21! When I called him he said it included alcohol [which he never said mind you and this was for my kids as well!]. He then refused to speak to me after several attempts by whats app messages. Even Dawn tried to help as she agreed this was not right but he also refused to answer her messages. Be careful of these so called tour guides on the bus, they are just as bad! We returned this year after a fantastic stay last year! On arrival we had the same room as requested but no bedding for one of the children, it was the early hours of the morning and we got told we couldn't get any until morning! We had to take cushions from reception so our son had something to rest on. We ended up the next day having to ask again for bedding. The pool area is dangerous with constant lifting grates which I reported and witnessed on lady hurt her ankle in them. It is grubby around the pool also. The bar staff compared to last year were awful apart from one lovely girl. We got ignored on our first night at the entertainment even though it was not busy for 45 minutes so we got up and left. We did get an apology and a free breakfast for the children. Without dawn ( guest relations) and john and the entertainment team this hotel would be a disaster. Our housekeeper was wonderful and the girls from the spa a delight. Reception staff do all they can to help and always friendly. The rooms need updated urgently and the amenities added to actually be able to call it self catering. We unfortunately won't be back.
