Hotel Marbella

Our 4th visit to this wonderful hotel It is rare to be able to say but this hotel is faultless. Situated on the seafront it offers its own private beach complete with ample sunbeds and parasols and kept spotless, as is the whole hotel. There is a great alacarte restaurant and also a romantic pier restaurant. Breakfast is extensive with fresh omelette and pancakes made by the lovely chef. She even made a special Turkish breakfast for my husband which he had enjoyed in previous years. I wish I could name all the staff Individually as they all deserve praise for the fantastic service they offer. I must mention the restaurant manager, Soydan, who works tirelessly from breakfast to late night and always so professional. The bar staff, especially Gokhon and Erol, who work so hard and are great fun and very welcoming and a pleasure to spend an evening with. (Love those guys) Muga and Arda on reception where truely nothing is too much trouble. Finally,  my jewel in the crown, Ferhan, who looks after your every need on the beach, what a lovely guy, and the one who makes our holiday complete and keeps us coming back. This is a wonderful place full of wonderful people.

Fabulous hotel with a beach right on the doorstep, spotlessly clean, great food. The staff are all very hardworking and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely holiday. Special thanks to Gokan & Okan at the bar, Ferhan on the beach, Soydan and his team at breakfast/jetty, and Muga at reception.

Been on holiday here since 2018 twice a year And I read the posts about the noise from the Ohana bar next door . Well hand on heart it didn’t bother me When we sat round the bar area of the Marbella our music for most of the night was louder than theirs Previous years I have seen lads dancing on the walkways with sparklers on their head And yes loud music But this year it started around 10 pm and was acceptable, let’s not forget it is a holiday resort We can’t demand silence Some people don’t like it quiet Back to the hotel To All the people that serve us and make our holidays special I thank you You are amazing The rooms are spacious The rooms are spotless The views are fantastic Breakfast is spot on every morning We ate on the jetty a few nights Excellent food 5star service From arriving to leaving the holiday is so relaxing and enjoyable I will be back in a few weeks time Like many of the guests say it’s addictive The owner often comes round in the morning and in the evening and says hello and talks to you about your stay All in all 5stars from me

3rd time visiting this hotel. Staff are brilliant , food is excellent especially the lavish breakfast. Place is kept immaculately clean. As commented on by previous reviewers the only downside these days is the racket from adjoining hotel pumping out its ‘ music ‘ nightly. I use that word in its loosest sense. Din goes on till about midnight or whenever the patrons lose their sense of hearing whichever comes first. !! Not much about this the Marbella can do I dare say but it’s enough to put us off returning which is a shame.

We visited the Sunrise Spa today, the sister hotel to the Marbella where they do beauty treatments (massages, Turkish baths etc). It was the best experience and really relaxing. The couple that did it were lovely and made us feel at ease. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

The hotel did not let us down - beach, good food and comfort, with a sea view! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff could not do enough. The place was spotless, the cleaning team are amazing at what they do and how they do it, we couldn’t fault it. The waiting and bar staff were all very attentive and pleasant to deal with and the breakfast was top notch, want to especially call out Ferhan who manages the beach front, he went over and beyond to ensure comfort and care to all guests and sharing local tips. Muga in reception was so kind and helpful and would arrange anything asked. The rooms were well equipped and as mentioned the cleaning team are on top of their game. A great location, close to all amenities and shops. While there is no mention of a gym if you are looking, check out the hotel next door, it’s a sister hotel, while small, it did what we needed, and is free for guests use! Will be back for sure!
